At present,China's human resources services industry has been flourishing,foreign companies,private companies,from some of the early five hundred foreign-funded enterprises began to enter the Chinese market,to the market has brought countless growth opportunities.But at the same time,the market is constantly changing,especially in recent years,the rapid development of mobile Internet,industry competition intensified,already have a successful experience,experienced brilliant times,and can not guarantee the future of the enterprise can continue to correctly go.This requires enterprises to constantly examine the existing business model and management philosophy,clear their own advantages and disadvantages,seize the opportunity to continue to develop.Based on Wanbao Shenghua Company,this paper studies the development strategy of Manpower Company Recruitment Process Outsourcing(RPO).The paper first summarizes the enterprise strategic management theory and strategic management analysis tool,as the theoretical basis of the paper and analysis tools.And then combs the development process of Manpower Company,analyzes the advantages of RPO business to recruiting enterprise and headhunting company,the service type of RPO business,and the service plan of RPO business.Then,the thesis analyzes the current situation of the RPO business of Manpower Suzhou Company from the aspects of internal system analysis,expert professional analysis and overall analysis,and uses SWOT model to clarify the advantages of Suzhou RPO product line model,Opportunities and challenges.Finally,the paper puts forward the development strategy of Suzhou company RPO business,and puts forward the safeguard measures of Suzhou company to develop RPO business from six aspects: human resources protection,organizational structure adjustment,business development marketing,learning and training,and enterprise culture construction guarantee.
