The shooting development of Internet and technology set a historical background for the birth of WeChat,a modern technology incorporating life,entertainment and service.Because of its catering for the needs of the public,WeChat has a rapid expansion on application fields and range within recent years.Elementary and middle schools adopt WeChat as a new means of management so as to provide a higher efficiency to their administration and development;and also to create a platform to their exchange and share.However,the ethical dilemma during its adoption has gained an increasing attention among the academia.Based on the theories of Humanistic Management theory,Humanity Assumption theory and the Audience theory,the study carried forward through questionnaire and interviewing method that combined qualitative with quantitative research.WeChat was found to be applied broadly and in a high frequency.While,dilemma problems were exposed during the study.The study shows the first dilemma is that the teachers' literacy needed to be improved.For managers who use WeChat irrationally will bring more burdens on common teachers;for common teachers who lack of self-discipline are more easily getting slack at their work.These all make against to schools' management and development.Secondly,frequently and deeply using of WeChat will lead to over reliance,which has a negative effect on teachers' body and mind.Thirdly,after WeChat winning the dominant status in communication,over on-line communication may bring down the quality of teachers' interpersonal relationship.At last,spiritlessness may be aroused during WeChat adoption in school management.In the Internet age,it seems a must for WeChat to get involved in schoolmanagement.In other words,ethical problems are irresistible.Therefore,offering feasible strategies is the key to break through the existing ethical dilemma.Consequently,the study proposed ways to minimize ethical problems in school management by strengthening ethical construction,adhering to humanistic management and using WeChat rationally.Hope we can obtain greater breakthrough in this field and hope the study would be valuable for further research.
