Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Basketball Referee Level Of Physical Education Majors In Colleges And Universities In Xi'an

The improvement of the technical level of the basketball referee and the improvement of the referee's ability are of great significance at any level and in all areas.It is not only for the referees themselves to improve their progress,but also for the overall development of the domestic basketball sport.As the core city of the five provinces in the northwest,Xi'an has undertaken such youth competitions,basketball leagues for different enterprises and institutions,and numerous amateur leagues and so on.Currently in Xi ' an,various developments related to basketball are being actively promoted.In order to improve the level of the overall youth basketball referee team in Xi'an and meet the needs of Xi'an basketball game and event development,the author conducted a study on the basketball referee training process in physical education majors in four universities in Xi'an.In this paper,154 sports education students from four universities in Xi'an,which have physical education majors,were selected as the object of investigation through the methods of literature materials,interviews,questionnaires,and mathematical statistics.Three aspects of subjective influence factors investigation of ability learning,current training methods and problems of colleges and universities,self-evaluation of student basketball referee qualifications,student basketball referee practice experience,student refereeing ability,students' learning interest and motivation student satisfaction with the way the training in universities and other project content were investigated.The main conclusions drawn from the research survey are: the proportion of students with physical education experience in Xi'an college sports education students is too small,and the lack of basketball referee skills in college sports education students is serious;in people with punishing experience There is a low frequency of practice and a low level of competition;at present,the self-evaluation level of basketball referees in Xi'an physical education students is poor,and most students believe that they have poor grasp of theoretical knowledge and practice whistling ability.Students have a more positive overall subjective attitude towards the learning of basketball referee skills.Most students have a greater interest in the learning of basketball referees,and students' motivations for learning and diversification of their purposes.
