From the state council on accelerating the development of sports industry,promote the sports consumption of the several opinions issued by guo fa [2014] no.46,sports industry ushered in the new development of vitality and blowout.Domestic sports client has experienced from scratch,from the several dominant schools of thought contend,and from crazy to calm,from barbarism to an orderly development.The end of a bubble brings new challenges and visions.From the current form,the vertical subdivision of the sports client,in the current sports market,vertical ecological chain layout has seen the embryonic form.In this paper,by studying the different sports APP in the characteristics of vertical segment,the author mainly through the main body,channels,content,less than four dimensions the longitudinal comparison,the three types of sports APP has carried on the detailed elaboration and analysis.In order to further study the different characteristics of three types,used the case study method and comparative method,combining the methods of mathematical statistics of large amounts of data at the same time,made a high degree of generalization and the three kinds of sports APP features comprehensive analysis,at the same time looking for vertical differentiation advantage and significance,and the prospects of China's sports APP has made the bold vision and puts forward some Suggestions of personal development.The research results are as follows:1.In terms of users,the circle culture is gradually prevailing,and vertical segmentation can better meet the diversified and personalized needs of current users.2,technology,new media,especially the vertical media can choose depend on the technology advantage of accurate and diverse pattern fetching user attitudes and behavior patterns,provide users with enough fresh,thereby expanding the user group,and keep the user viscosity.3.In terms of content,the content of vertical media is more substantial and detailed,the homogeneity is reduced and the originality is greatly improved.In terms of operation,with the enhancement of deep and fine differentiation,the realization methods become more and more diversified.The main problems of sports apps are high copyright cost,unbalanced UGC+PGC mode,and easy imitation due to insufficient commercial barriers.The Suggestions and countermeasures given in this paper are as follows:1.Sports live broadcast can share copyright,reduce costs and create its own IP to improve and enhance marketing ability.2.Information and social services provide more professional PGC content,expand the scale of we-media,and improve the community attribute3.The sports industry creates closed loop for offline competitions,training,derivatives,etc.to enhance the integration of upstream and downstream,and break through the industrial chain.
