Study On The Impact Of Medical Social Work On The Efficiency And Service Satisfaction Of Outpatient Department

Of general medicine clinic patients for medical social work service pack intervened,possibility of medical social workers in hospital and the data analysis,from the perspective of service pack and to study the concept of social work values,for the future of medical social workers in hospitals to provide personalized service provided the beneficial reference and suggestion.This article is about general outpatient medical social workers to promote the efficiency of general practitioner visits and effect to the promotion of general outpatient service patient satisfaction research,hope that through this article innovation type of approach is to promote professional social work professionalization,promoting the localization of social work practice.Using randomized controlled intervention experiment,in June-August 2017 stochastic indicator method is used to extract general outpatient 330 general out-patient service pack intervention experiment,service pack intervention include:responsibility faces,legalization,professional and social life oriented to four aspects,for general outpatient service work provides the basic line of social workers,service direction and intervention.Service is the source of the package of these patients were demand as the guidance,according to the department or hospital existing services,constantly supplement and perfect,will demand greater in patients with some social workers service project into the general outpatient service package.Current into the service package of services for the most basic services,late in the process of practice,medical social workers need to according to the actual circumstances of the own department or hospital to supplement and perfect constantly.Finally,Pearson correlation analysis,rank and test,average time,patientsatisfaction questionnaire and physician interview were used to evaluate the effectiveness of medical social work intervention.The patients in the experimental intervention group were 159(49.38%),and 163 patients(50.62%)in the control group.The differences between the two groups in gender,age,occupation and payment categories were not statistically significant(p>0.05)and were comparable.The mean time of treatment in the experimental group was lower than the average time of treatment in the control group.The results were statistically significant using hypothesis testing.Evaluation way open structure interview with patient satisfaction questionnaire and doctors,patient satisfaction questionnaire,medical social worker involvement in comfort in dealing with gp,for clinical environment satisfaction and satisfaction were statistically differences in the office environment.Two weeks before the experimental intervention in the trial practice the intervention,and supplementary service pack,continuously using a small amount of sample data analysis forecast,for the experimental intervention the feasibility and effectiveness of late.Medical social worker intervention to promote the efficiency of general outpatient clinic,suggested that medical social workers in general practice team to carry out the auxiliary medical work,and make up for the deficiency of general medical team,including giving more attention,patients give doctors more assistance,provide caring for patients,improve medical service satisfaction,promote the grading diagnosis and treatment,to realize the reasonable use of medical resources.To realize the cooperation and mutual assistance of the whole team,reduce the medical cost,promote the harmony between doctors and patients,and strive for the realization of harmonious social work.
