Competitive aerobics is a kind of difficult sports program,which is the integration of art and skills.Its core content is mainly reflected in the difficulty movement part and the winning factor in the competitive aerobics competition.The rules of competitive calisthenics were divided into four categories: group A dynamic force,group B static force,C group jump and jump,group D balance and flexibility.Compare four kinds of difficult moves,including action group C utilization rate as high as 60%,and selected the most commonly used two difficulty action as the main test action(360 °Cossack Jump and jump switching legs jump).In this paper,the surface electromyography technique was used to study the electrical characteristics of the facial muscles of seven muscles on both sides of the two sides during the 360 °Cossack Jump and jump switching legs jump.Literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods were used.The 3D motion capture system and the production of 16 channel wireless produced by NORAXON company United States are used for remote sensing methods of electricity for five test object(2 first grade Sportsmen and 3master athletes)and collect the 3D images of the techniques of analytical data.In this study by means of sports anatomy,sports biomechanics and methods of electric measurement analysis of athletes at the completion of measured surface muscle force in different stages of the difficult situation,the power sequence,integral muscle power is electric,contribution rate,average,every muscle group in the process of mutual coordination.The combination of training and science andtechnology enables athletes to perform at their best.Clear action right theoretical connotation,common problems and the insufficiency in the training were analyzed,besides,preventing sports injury and reducing the unnecessary points in the competition,breaking through the short board and providing the basis for accurate completion and improvement techniques.Results :(1)the upper limb muscle contribution rate was higher in the preparation stage,and the center of gravity of the trunk was played a crucial role in the pre-jump.(2)in the stretch stage,the muscle strength is the same as that of the foot,and the action of the flexion is shorter.The upper limb lifting technique is to ensure that the center of gravity is lifted and the torso is extended.The splitting jump is mainly supported by the knee,ankle and swinging leg of the supporting leg.(3)in flight phase,the center of gravity rises stage mainly to realize the maximum explosive to perfect air posture,and the center of gravity down slowly mainly is to guarantee the drop speed slow,reducing the ground reaction force,is of great significance to prevent the unnecessary injury;(4)during the landing stage,the integral muscle of the gastrocnemius muscle contraction was higher,which was related to the stability of the joint,especially the stability of the ankle joint.
