Objective: To understand the features of functional movement screen for tennis students,to confirm,grade and sort the asymmetry and compensation of the basic action patterns of tennis students through testing,and to expose their basic flexibility.The deficiency and defect of stability and movement control ability.According to the test results,the intervention training plan is worked out,and the effectiveness of the intervention plan is proved from the point of view of improving the quality of the basic movement mode of tennis students.Methods: This article uses the literature data method,the experiment method and the mathematical statistics method.A total of 33 tennis students in Shanghai Institute of physical Education were tested with FMS.The total score of FMS was less than or equal to 14 in the experimental group(15 in the experimental group)and more than 14 in the control group(18 in the control group).The special students undefined tennis training class twice a week was used for intervention,20 minutes before class and 20 minutes after class,for a total of 40 minutes for 12 weeks,while no intervention was carried out in the control group,and the contents of the skill and tactics training in the tennis class in the experimental group and the control group were the same as those in the control group.At the end of the 12 th week intervention training,the experimental group and the control group were tested with the second FMS test,and the scores of FMS were compared with those of the control group.The results were described by mean ±standard deviation(M ±SD),the FMS scores of tennis students of different sexes were analyzed by independent sample T test,and the FMS test data of experimental group and control group were analyzed before and after intervention by paired sample T test.Result: The FMS score of 33 tennis students was 14.79 ±2.39,the lowest score was 9,the highest score was 19,and the total score of FMS ? 14 was 15,accounting for45.5% of the total.The lowest score of hurdle step was 1.60 ±0.61,followed by rotation stability of 1.75 ±0.56,and the highest score of straight bow squat was 2.72±0.52.In addition,a total of 9 people showed pain in the test,and the pain points were concentrated on the knee joint and the back of the waist.Tennis students generally have left-and-right asymmetries.Among them,there are 20 asymmetrical persons in the hurdle movement mode,accounting for the total number of people60.6%;The number of asymmetrical shoulder movements was 15,accounting for45.5% of the total,followed by 10 active straight-legged upward movements,accounting for 30.3% of the total,and only 3 in straight-line bow-and-step squatting.Accounted for 9.1% of the total.There was significant difference between male and female tennis students(2.80 ±0.42 in female and 2.08 ±0.79 in male)in active straight leg lifting,P < 0.01,and stable push-up in trunk(2.43 ±1.04 in male,1.50±0.97 in female),P < 0.05.By doing 12 on the experimental group Compared with the FMS score before intervention,there were significant differences in the total score of FMS,the flexible movement pattern of squat and shoulder(P < 0.01),and the difference between the stable push-up and rotation stability of the torso(P <0.05).Intervention training effectively reduces shoulder flexibility,straddle,active straight leg lift,straight bow-step squatting mode asymmetrical number of people.Conclusion: Through the test,it is found that there are some common asymmetrical phenomena in tennis students,such as tension of lower limb muscle,imbalance of muscle strength,limited flexibility of shoulder joint,hip joint and ankle joint,and weak ability of motion control and core stability.There is a higher risk of sports injury;In addition,the core stability of boys is better than that of girls,and the flexibility of lower limbs of girls is better than that of boys.Functional movement screen can effectively find the asymmetry,flexibility and stability of tennis students.The12-week intervention plan based on the test results effectively improved the experimental group.Reduce compensatory action,improve the flexibility and stability of the body,and then improve the quality of basic motion mode.
