A sense of dignity exists in every human being's life and every human being has the right to a sense of dignity.The establishment of the sense of dignity of kindergarten teachers is of great significance to the development of their work.In the recommendations of the 2018 two sessions,the representative of Li Xing Ling proposed to effectively safeguard the professional dignity of teachers.During the 2018 Pre-school Education Publicity Month,Professor Yu Yong Ping wrote "Early Childhood Teachers are Professional and Dignity Jobs" calling on us to create a team of kindergarten teachers with dignity.The enjoyment of the sense of dignity is the power of the kindergarten teacher.Therefore,the study of the status quo and influencing factors of the sense of dignity of kindergarten teachers,the promotion of the sense of dignity of kindergarten teachers has a great advantage.In this study,the literature method is used to sort out the research status of preschool teachers' sense of dignity.Questionnaire survey is used to analyze the status quo of preschool teachers' sense of dignity,and interview is used to analyze the factors affecting preschool teachers' sense of dignity,with a view to putting forward ways to improve preschool teachers' sense of dignity.This study studies the sense of dignity of kindergarten teachers from three aspects: the sense of existence dignity,the sense of work dignity and the sense of social dignity.This study investigates whether there are differences in the sense of dignity of life,work dignity and social dignity among preschool teachers by sex,age,age,pre-primary education,education,and region,nature and level of kindergarten.Analyze the factors that influence the sense of dignity of the child teacher.Through the analysis of the factors influencing the sense of dignity of the kindergarten teachers,the results show that the income situation and living environment have a significant impact on the sense of dignity of life of the kindergarten teachers,and the work atmosphere,work value and parental support have a significant impact on the sense of dignity of the kindergarten teachers.Social relations,recognition of self-roles and recognition of other people's roles have a significant impact on the sense of social dignity of kindergarten teachers.To enhance the sense of dignity of kindergarten teachers,it is necessary to establish scientific and reasonable salary treatment and improve the sense of living dignity of kindergarten teachers;Establish reasonable training system,Humanized management,improve the sense of work dignity of kindergarten teachers;To enhance the recognition of roles and enhance the sense of social dignity of kindergarten teachers.
