The needs of the development of the times.With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the social demand for all kinds of professionals is increasing.As a high school stage,it has become an inevitable trend to reserve and train all kinds of Characteristic Talents for colleges and universities.Faced to all students,it is necessary to strengthen the education of students'sports and art specialties at the high school education stage,so as to cultivate both good morality and ability.It is an urgent problem to face and solve at the senior high school stage to train qualified talents for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Under this background,this paper studies the management of senior high school students with special abilities in Bishan District of Chongqing by means of literature research and questionnaire survey.The research ideas of this paper are as follows:firstly,the literature at home and abroad is summarized,the research background and significance,research contents and methods are summarized,at the same time,the related concepts and theoretical basis of the management of specialty students are introduced,which lays a theoretical foundation for the later analysis.Secondly,the "specialty" of Bishan Middle School,Laifeng Middle School and Dalu Middle School in Senior One,Senior Two and Senior Three are introduced."Students" issue questionnaires to the relevant managers of three schools,parents and students of the school's specialty students,analyze the problems in the management of senior high school specialty students,and finally put forward corresponding policy recommendations from the perspective of students,schools,parents and so on.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:Firstly,the survey results show that 36.58%of the students said that they would not choose to continue to work hard on specialty courses.At the same time,26.98%of senior high school specialty students said they often feel lonely and lack of friends,and 24.61%of senior high school specialty students said they basically accord with each other,which also shows that senior high school specialty students have some problems in mental health.Secondly,the management problems of senior high school students with special abilities in Bishan District of Chongqing mainly include:lack of theoretical guidance in class management of special abilities,lack of humanized management based on indoctrination and obedience education,neglect of the cultivation of self-management ability,and lack of comprehensive professional guidance for special abilities.Thirdly,in order to improve the management level of senior high school students with special abilities,we need to establish the people-oriented management concept,establish the self-management consciousness,give full play to the potential of students with special abilities,and gradually form a targeted management system of education for students with special abilities.We should advocate the management mode of classified teaching for special and Non-special students,strengthen their mental health education,and infiltrate mental health education into subject education.Families and schools work together to carry out management work.Teachers in charge of classes often communicate with parents of specialty students.Schools keep in touch with specialty students who go out for training in the form of telephone calls or home visits.
