An Investigation On The Operation Mode Of Wuhan Basketball City Super League

With the development of social economy,China's comprehensive national strength increasing,people's living standards from the improvement of "subsistence" to "well-off",the traditional sports system in our country and development models have been unable to meet the people's growing material and cultural needs,in order to meet people's demand for sports fitness,the focus of China's sports work gradually from competitive sports to social sports.As one of the important carriers of social sports development,it is an important step to promote the reasonable and efficient development of social sports in China.With the deepening of my sports reform,the development of amateur basketball has entered the fast lane,and the priority is to blossom in first-tier cities and coastal cities.In Wuhan,the city with the highest basketball enthusiasm,the amateur basketball league is naturally rooted in the ground.In the process of development and construction of Wuhan amateur basketball games,the development of amateur basketball games in other cities has some commonalities,but at the same time,it also shows its unique development characteristics and exposes some new problems.This paper,taking Wuhan city amateur basketball league match of representative "Wuhan city basketball super league" as the main research object,by the method of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire investigation,logic analysis and other research methods,combining the theory of operation management and sports operation related knowledge,the operation mode of the super league basketball in Wuhan city from the league operation management and operation objectives and brand building,league tournament regulations and format,market development and marketing research in four aspects,and induced now in Wuhan city basketball super league feature and shortage of operation mode,and analyses the reason of affecting its sustainable development.The investigation results show that Wuhan city basketball super league is an IP(intellectual Property)competition independently developed by Wuhan hanwei sports investment management co.,LTD.,which is the first professional amateur basketball league in Wuhan.The main body of league operation and management is Wuhan hanwei sports investment management co.,LTD.The operation goal is to give priority to the current social benefits and take into account the long-term economic benefits;The setting of competition rules needs to be further improved;In the marketing and development of the event is in the primary stage,the marketing effect is not ideal,commercial advertising rights and interests have not been fully developed.The promotion activities and communication carriers of the event should be designed from multiple perspectives,so as to connect with more product target customers(basketball fans,sponsors and media),so as to carry out better event marketing.
