Research Objective:To study the effects of respiratory training combined with core strength exercise on balance, gait and ADL in patients with stroke before and after rehabilitation.Research methods:30 patients with cerebral apoplexy treatment in China rehabilitation research center of rehabilitation division PT3 room during 2017.12-2018.12,who meet the requirement such as Vital signs stable,No cognitive impairmen t.The patients were divided into three groups, control group(group A),core strength training group(group B),breathing exercises with core strength training group(group C),10 cases in each group.Group A received conventional rehabilitation without other interventions, group B received conventional rehabilitation with core strength training, and group C received conventional rehabilitation with core strength and respiratory training.Treatment time was from Monday to Friday,5 times a week, and each training time was 45 minutes,a total of 8 weeks.Balance ability, gait and ADL were tested before and after the experiment.Research results:1.Before the experiment: there were no significant differences in subjects' balance ability, gait and daily life activity ability(ADL)among the three groups(P>0.05).2.After the experiment:Test results after eight weeks intervention(1)the six-stage invert bridge in group A increased from 2.80± 0.63 before the experiment to 4.10± 1.19 at the end of the experiment(P<0.05).Group B increased from 2.80± 0.63 before the experiment to 6.70 ±2.45 at the end of the experiment(P<0.05).Group C increased from 2.80 ±0.63 before the experiment to 7.60 ±2.07 at the end of the experiment(P<0.05).The results of stage 6 invert test was that the three groups were improved to different degrees compared with those in the earlier stage, and the results in group B and C were more significant.(2)the balance ability of group A increased from 31.50± 2.12 before the experiment to 38.30± 0.68 at the end of the experiment(P<0.05).Group B increased from 33.30± 2.87 before the experiment to 49.50 ±1.72 at the end of the experiment(P<0.05).Group C increased from 33.40 ±1.78 before the experiment to 47.60± 4.40 at the end of the experiment(P<0.05).The test results of the subjects' end-stage balance ability in the three groups were improved to different degrees compared with those in the earlier stage, and the results in group B and C were more significant.(3)gait level of group A decreased from 32.60 ±2.19 before the experiment to 23.90 ±2.69 at the end of the experiment(P<0.05).Group B was reduced from 33.20± 2.09 before the experiment to 16.80± 1.14 at the end of the experiment(P<0.05).Group C decreased from 32.50 ±1.27 to 16.70 ±0.82(P<0.05).The results of the final gait level test of the subjects in the three groups were all decreased to different degrees compared with those in the earlier stage, and the effects of group B and C were more significant.(4)the ADL score of group A increased from 49.50± 4.37 before the experiment to 61.00± 3.16 at the end of the experiment(P<0.05).Group B increased from 52.50± 4.24 in the early stage to 75.00± 1.01 in the late stage(P<0.05).Group C increased from 52.00± 5.37 at the early stage to 80.00 ±5.27 at the end of the experiment(P<0.05).The ADL test results of subjects in the three groups were improved to different degrees compared with those in the earlier stage, and the effects of group B and C were more significant.Research conclusion:1.Eight weeks conventional rehabilitation therapy have a great influence on improving the core strength of stroke patients. It can improve the ability of balance, gait and ADL.2.The effect of core strength training group on improving the core strength of stroke patients was better than that of the conventional rehabke patients were better than those in the conventional training group.3.The effect of respiration combined with core strength training group on improving the core strength of stroke patients was better than that of the core strength training group and the conventional rehabilitation training group. The balance and ADL of the respiratory combined with core strength training group were higher than those of the core strength training group and the routine rehabilitation training group. There was no difference between gait and core strength training. The effect of breathing with core strength training group and core strength training group on gait was better than that of conventional rehabilitation training group.
