A Study On The Development Of Shanxi Wushu Since The Founding Of The People's Republic Of China

The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the basic strategy of cultural construction in the new era.In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress,it was pointed out that we need to strengthen cultural self-confidence to promote the prosperity of Chinese culture.The Chinese traditional culture,which has been bred by more than 5,000 years of Chinese civilization,is the only culture that has not been interrupted in the world.It is the advantage of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.Under the background of vigorous propaganda,promotion and promotion of China's excellent traditional culture,choosing Wushu as one of the traditional sports is the research direction that conforms to the national cultural work guidelines and policies.Through the research on the development of Shanxi Wushu since the founding of the People's Republic of China,this paper understands the influence of politics,economy,culture and education on Wushu,and the historical characteristics and development laws of Shanxi Wushu in different historical periods.It focuses on the factors influencing the popularization and development of Shanxi Wushu,and analyses the reasons,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for its future development,so as to better inherit it.It is of great significance to develop Wushu cultural heritage and provide theoretical basis for the study of Shanxi Wushu history.This study mainly adopts the method of literature research,through sorting out the relevant materials,works,papers and oral data of the old Wushu artists,thus showing the basic historical state and historical context of Shanxi Wushu in the past 70 years.The results show that: 1.The emphasis on martial arts needs to be improved;2.the management system and competition system are not conducive to the optimal allocation of martial arts resources;3.Wushu reserve talents training comprehensive quality improvement work is not strong enough.Suggestions: 1.Improve the concept and deepen the management system.Relevant government departments have gathered all their energies to publicize and popularize the long history and artistic connotation of traditional martial arts among the whole people,and have continuously increased their support for the "hometown of martial arts" and the "protection of intangible cultural heritage" to cooperate with education system andmanagement of social organizations to encourage and support the development of schools,martial arts,martial arts academies and martial arts associations and organizations.2.Optimize the allocation of resources to face competition effectively.It attaches great importance to the comprehensive development of the three indicators,both insisting on gold medals,medals,and total scores "No one Left Behind";3)Pay attention to the training of talents and promote sustainable development.Government departments should increase investment in the training and scientific research of reserve talents for competitive martial arts,and gradually established a scientific management system of unified management and hierarchical training,it should play a real role in scientific management of personnel training and seek maximize results.
