In recent years,with the vigorous popularization of campus football in China,more and more children are playing football.Therefore,how to develop a set of excellent training mode to continue to improve children's football level and thus provide better guarantee for the selection of national football players has become a problem that needs to be considered at present.Children aged 7-16 cannot play football without school education.Therefore,with the vigorous development of primary school football,how a large number of children playing football can better receive high-quality high school school football training and school education is also an important problem faced by Chinese football academy.Therefore,under the new situation,the youth football club began to cooperate with the school,so that students can have football training in their spare time while completing their studies.Let students receive the full campus life at the same time also receive professional football training,so that they can "two legs" walk.This way of cultivating young football players is of great significance to the development of Chinese football as a whole.Therefore,a complete set of successful and widely recognized high school campus football club operation model can provide reference for other high school campus football operation.In this paper,the flying club bayi school in carrying out the campus football success experience,from the school background,club background,structure,personnel,team construction,training system,etc.,through the literature material method,interview method,investigation method and logic analysis to organize data,it is concluded that:(1)the bayi school is a modern history school in Beijing,its development is concerned by the party and state leaders.With profound cultural deposits,soaring football club also enjoys these advantages of the school in its development,which enables the club members to receive professional football training as well as high-quality education of bayi.(2)as a traditional football school in Beijing,bayi school has received policy support from Beijing municipal commission of education and haidian district commission of education as well as strong support from school leaders for its development.Football special fund is given to the construction and development of the club.(3)soaring club adheres to the road of "combination of sports and education",and pays attention to the study of cultural courses while developing the football level of team members.At present,it has sent 238 football talents with high quality and high level to various universities.Send 25 men to the professional club echelon.Walked out of a bright avenue of campus football.(4)soaring football club has a perfect echelon construction,forming a one-stop training mode of primary school,junior high school and senior high school.(5)soaring football club adheres to the concept of continuous development,pays attention to the regular learning of coaches and updates the football concept;To provide more opportunities for club members to compete at a high level at home and abroad.Suggestions :(1)expand the enrollment scale appropriately and cultivate more campus football talents.(2)there are some problems in the structure of coaches.Coaches with high-level training and professional football experience are relatively scarce.(3)we can learn from other campus football training models and find out what we can learn for the further development of soaring club.(4)the club can take advantage of summer and winter holidays to host high-level competitions at home and abroad,so as to promote the popularity of the club while exchanging skills among team members,so as to receive wider attention from all sectors of society.This paper analyzes the training mode of flying football club of bayi school,aiming to provide valuable reference for the effective development of campus football in China.
