Research On Current Situation And Development Countermeasures On Professional Of The Specialized Physical Education Course Of Passenger Service In He Bei Higher Vocational Colleges

Higher vocational education is an important part of education in our country.It is also an important base for training highly skilled personnel and plays an important role in building a powerful country of human resources.In present,the content of physical education curriculum is monotonous which lacks of professional practicability.It can not meet students' actual professional needs.And the physical exercise after work is not highly related to the physical education curriculum.It can not reflect the curriculum reform of “ability based”.Combining physical education curriculum with students' professional characteristics and professional needs,actively serves the goal of cultivating professional talents and takes“lifelong physical education”.As the guiding ideology,it not only helps students to form good exercise habits,but also is good for the future development of sports courses in railway passenger service specialty.There are three institutes of passenger service in Higher Vocational Colleges in Hebei,They are Hebei Rail Transportation Vocational and Technical College,Hebei Communications Vocational and Technical College,Shijiazhuang Railway Vocational and Technical College.Among the three colleges,there are 1 410 students in this major,12 PE teachers in this major and 364 graduates in the railway passenger transport service industry in 2006.By using the methods of literature,investigation,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates and summarizes the current situation of physical education curriculum for passenger service major in Hebei higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of curriculum objectives,physical education curriculum content,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation,finds out the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the related problems.First,The objective of physical education course for passenger service in higher vocational colleges in hebei is not so different from that of ordinary colleges and universities,which is not good for improving students' professional quality and the ability to adapt to the post.Onthe basis of the objective of physical education courses in colleges and universities,we should increase the development goal which is combined with the professional professional characteristics of students,promote the vocational adaptability of students,and improve the professional physical quality and professional accomplishment of students.Second,The content of physical education courses for passenger service majors in higher vocational colleges in hebei is dominated by traditional sports items,with the phenomenon of repeated learning.On the basis of the traditional sports,we should combine the characteristics of college,students and occupation with the new sports of leisure and fashion.Third,Course implementation process of passenger service specialty in hebei higher vocational education,in course implementation approach,the number of PE teaching hours,reasonable proportion of class hours,teaching methods and teaching modes are not rich or perfect,and extracurricular sports activities are very colorful.In the implementation environment of the course,the construction of soft environment is perfect,while the construction of hard environment is deficient.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the capital investment to enrich and improve the construction of sports equipment and teaching materials.As for the implementation subject of physical education curriculum,the allocation of teachers' resources is not reasonable.Teachers' resources should be reasonably allocated according to the actual situation of each college.Teachers' training and education should be organized more frequently,their academic degrees should be improved,and teachers' professional projects should be enriched.Fourth,The physical education course teaching evaluation of hebei higher vocational passenger transportation service major still evaluates the students according to the traditional evaluation method,paying attention to the results and ignoring the differences of students themselves.On the basis of the traditional evaluation of physical education teaching,we should pay attention to the subjective status and individual differences of students,and increase the scores of students' self-evaluation and mutual assessment.This paper analyzes and summarizes the sports course system suitable for the higher vocational passenger service major,provides the theoretical guarantee for the betterimplementation of the physical education course of this major,and provides some scientific and reasonable theoretical basis for the better setting of the physical education course of the passenger service major in higher vocational colleges.
