The purpose of research:through the analysis of biomechanics of sports of place-kick skill with both edges of instep of football players at different levels,the simultaneous analysis along with two high-speed cameras,one telemetry electromyograph and a 3D dynameter,we carried out a spot test for 6 advanced players,and we analyzed and processed the test data involving the Dartfish-a sport video analyzing system,which gave an important reference for our overall understanding of motion parameters involved in each stage of the kick,and the next precise quantitative assessment,and thus provided theoretical basis and data support for the future scientific exercises and matches for football players.The findings of research:1.The stage of peddling and stretching with full force.Among the whole kick,the stage of peddling and stretching took up a lot,that was49% in outside foot kick and 51% in inside foot kick respectively,which fully demonstrated its significance.It was an important stage for horizontal acceleration,from which buffering started and then fitted in with it,including the beginning landing,the maximum angle and the interaction between body center and support during the great buffering.In the process of swinging before kicking,the leg of the player generated certain ahead initiative horizontal acceleration during back swing,which accelerated the speed of kick therefore.In the stage of peddling and stretching with the external edge of instep,the angle of hip joint and knee joint ranged from about 146 degree to 161 degree or to 157 degree respectively.Quadriceps(rectus femories)produced the strongest discharge,and so did other main groups of muscle participated in the back swing of the leg.2.The stage of back swing of the thigh.The motion of kick with both edges of instep showed the feature in terms of time as a whole that the time of back swing of the thigh was shorter than that of the crus and so did the front swing.During the period of back swing of the thigh,the angle of each joint of the supporting leg of the 6 players had no distinct differences.While their hip,ankle,thigh and crus all differed a lot,of which the angles of the hip joint of player Zhao,player Xin,player Kang and player Hou in the back swing of the thigh were 210.2 degree,215.6 degree,202.5degree and 220 degree,the ankle were 94.5 degree,110 degree,99.5 degree and 110.5degree,and crus 90.5 degree,97.5 degree,91.2 degree and 93.4 degree.We could draw a conclusion that the 4 groups of muscle of the swinging leg,named quadriceps(rectus femoris),biceps,tibialis anterior and posterior gastrocnemius of these 4 players discharged strongly.3.The stage of back swing of the crus.In the stage of back swing with the external edge of instep,the ranges of the hip,knee,and ankle were about between 154 degree and 165 degree,between 148 degree and 152 degree,and between 90 degree and 108 degree separately,which displayed that quadriceps(rectus femoris),biceps,tibialis anterior and middle gastrocnemius discharged strongly,and It is 504 uV,297uV,788 Uv,114uV.And when the angle of the hip joint of the swing leg was from 195 degree to 215 degree,biceps discharged obviously and it is1054 uV,1664uV,152 uV,1664uV.4.The stage of front swing of the thigh.In the stage of front swing with the inner edge of instep,the angles of the hip of the supporting leg of the testee varied,of which player Hou had the largest one,and then player Kang,player Wang,player Zhou,player Xin and the last one,player Zhao,and it is between 12uW-1224 uW.As to the quadriceps,there was not distinct differences between both edges of instep and they all discharged evidently.In the stage of front swing with the external edge of instep,the amount of Fz,the vertical force of player Ho was 2631.58,which was the strongest one among these 6football players,and then player Xin(2579.64N),player Kang(2375.64N),player Zhou(2366.02N),player Wang(2063.59N)and player Zhao(1789.37N).And among Fy,the horizontal force,player Ho(2231.00N)was the strongest,and then player Kang(1039.71N),player Xin(758.54N),player Zhao(559.40N),player Wang(523.07N)and the last one,player Zhou(186.81N).In front swing with the inner edge of instep,the Fz of player Ho was 2231.00 and then player Zhou(2226.59N),player Kang(1957.22N),player Wang(1824.11N),player Xin(1635.79N) and player Zhao(1599.95N) at last.
