A Study On The New Employment Form In China Under The New Technology Revolution

Under the ground of new technology revolution,the new employment form of our country has relieved the employment pressure effectively.The fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee formally put forward the category of "new employment form",becoming an important measure to promote employment.The report of 19 th CPC National Congress stressed that we must achieve higher quality and fuller employment,encourage innovation and start-up,and build an army of knowledge-based,skilled,and innovative workers.The first chapter of this paper combs the domestic and foreign research present situation.The new employment form is the social phenomenon of the transformation of production mode.We comprehensive theories of labor process and production mode change,defining the category of "new employment form".This paper analyzes the microcosmic and macroscopic new changes of technology and organization of employment form in the transition from Ford system to flexible accumulation system.The second chapter analyzes the present situation and problems of the new employment form in China.It is boiled down to five types of "Personal + platform",including: "Personal" aspects of multiple professionals,full-time employment,platform entrepreneurs;"platform" aspects of product development and operation of posts,data technology support posts.Compared with the traditional employment in the Ford system,the new employment form shows the characteristics of flexibility of labor style,elasticity of labor relations and atomization of working group.And there are some problems,such as the protection of workers' rights,the risk of capital utilization and potential unemployment.These situations highlight the contradictions between the new changes and the original system.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the relationship between new technology and employment.The third chapter analyzes the emergence of new employment form.On the micro level,the new technology accelerates the informationization and intellectualization of production and constructs the network labor process.On the macro level,the social production mode that diversified demand with mass customization is gradually formed,leading to the flexible accumulation of labor process.The new employment form is caused by the innovation of technology,the restructuring of organization and the expansion of market.The new technology makes the task be simpler,leaner and immaterialized,requiring workers to improve their quality of skills,research and humanities.Thefourth chapter analyzes the influence of the new employment form.The new employment form adapts to the direction of technological progress and promotes the dissolution of structural employment contradictions.New employment forms stresses knowledge and skills,stimulating the innovative vitality of workers.All kinds of innovation and start-up activities become a specialized division of labor.The new generation of information industry constitutes the general conditions of social production,integrating with the real economy.And this paper analyzes the transition nature of the new employment form,pointing out the dualistic differentiation trend,namely the differentiation of lower-end and high-skill employment,the differentiation of form and actual freedom.Based on the above analysis,we should guide the development of new employment form consciously to realize double conversion.Measures include the establishment of innovative entrepreneurial support system,the promotion of financial services and regulatory levels,the construction of learning-oriented employment mechanism,the exploration of inclusive labor relations.The new employment form may develop into a free man consortium,which may reconstruct individual ownership on the basis of public ownership platform of production materials and realize the free and all-round development of human.
