The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of enhanced training on the explosive power of female basketball players in high school.Mainly USES the literature material method,interview method,comparative method and mathematical statistics methods such as experiments,choose the experiences of middle school girls' high school basketball team of 17 players as experimental object,for 16 weeks of plyometrics and experiment with the participation of the whole tracking record.Before the experiment,17 high school basketball players who participated in the experiment were tested.The test indexes included the standing long jump.Vertical jump(squat and half squat);30m sprint;3/4 site run;In situ single foot jump touch height;A reverse layup 15 m * 3 this 7 items,and then for 16 weeks of plyometrics intervention,in compliance with the principles of plyometrics around the research carried out under the purpose of the experiment,the experiment after the 17 high school girls basketball team of seven indicators has carried on the experiment test,and experimental data before and after comparison and analysis of statistical significance,this paper discusses the data changes of athletes before and after the experiment and the change of the explosive force,to further explore the plyometrics and athletes lower limbs explosive empirical relations.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)17 high school female basketball players who participated in the experiment,after a16-week intensive training intervention,established the long jump;Vertical jump(half squat and squat);30m sprint;3/4 site run;Run with one foot jump and touch height;There was a gap between the experimental data of the 7 indicators of 15m*3,and the data after the experiment was better than that before the experiment.Explain plyometrics for improving high school girls' basketball team lower limbs explosive power has a degree of improvement,also verified the explosive force of lower limbs in the basketball training of plyometrics elements is feasible.(2)the standing long jump of athletes before and after the experiment the P value is less than 0.01,there is significant difference,in the plyometrics,repeatedly jump action,help thebody to form elastic force,under the constant high impact strength,repeated elastic force of the basketball player can be improve the storage and awakening,plyometrics effectively when muscle elasticity effect obviously improve the jumping ability of athletes.(3)Athletes before and after the experiment of longitudinal jump crouch touch high vertical height and squat jump to touch the high altitude P value is less than 0.01,there is significant difference,the athlete's run-up touch on one foot high height before and after the experiment the P value is equal to 0.01,there are differences.Plyometrics through repeated continuous fast and strong body movement,the muscle power,in a short period of time to raise the leg strength to enhance athletes at the same time,combining with the adaptation of athlete on the basketball court to practice to improve the effect of movement.In the process of reinforcement training,athletes not only change the organism,but also have an objective evaluation and understanding of reinforcement training subjectively.On the basis of traditional explosive force training,new elements have been added to the intensive training,which is a supplement and support to the traditional training and will be more closely combined with the actual training needs of each special project.(4)before and after the experiment,the sprints of the sprints of the athletes before and after the experiment were less than 0.01 and the P value was less than 0.01,and there was a significant difference.The P value of the 30 m sprints before and after the experiment was0.01,which was different.Players on the field of fast moving ability,relative to the linear acceleration run,reverse layup is athlete's body coordination,reaction ability,swivel integrated embodiment of its ability,in the early stage of the process of experiment,coaches according to the actual situation of the athletes training athletes reaction ability,body coordination for specific training.Some athletes plyometrics weight has declined,after before weight to a certain extent,affected their mobile and fast response ability,so from the aspects of indirect effects of reinforcement training on athletes' physical qualities.
