Middle school students in their physical quality is in a critical period,the country has been paying attention to the students' physical problems,the research found that,the physical quality of the students has been in a landslide,and found that the training method of conventional boring,not aware of the importance of key chain and dynamic core area,there are a lot of drawbacks so,if the school sports in the process of teaching can adopt effective teaching methods to improve students' physical quality.The body movement function of the role of the training in the basic and supporting ability in sports,mainly through its training methods systematically,from the overall improve the function of sports system,not only is the use of physical exercise training in competitive sports,and is currently in the mass sports,school sports,military sports is also used,and obvious effect to improve the performance of.Therefore,the body exercise function training is applied to the high school track and field class,and the effect on the physical quality is studied.In this paper,the methods of literature,experiment,questionnaire and mathematical statistics of the experimental group and the control group were compared,the experimental group using the method of physical rehabilitation training,the control group using conventional methods of training,and then analysis the two groups of students in FMS test,physical quality differences,through the experiment,draw the following conclusions:(1)Pretest-posttest,the control group in the FMS test,linear lunge test,shoulder flexibility test,straight leg raising test,trunk stability on active push up test did not significantly improved,the other three are significantly increased in the experimental group: FMS test,in addition to the linear lunge test did not significantly improved,other six the improved significantly.(2)Pretest-posttest,in the physical fitness test,there was no significant difference between the control group and the standing long jump in other aspects.In the six items of the physical test,the experimental group improved significantly.(3)After-exp,the experimental group and the control group in the FMS test,in addition to differences in trunk rotation test did not appear significant,differences in the other six are significant,but the experimental group than the control group mean much higher,indicating that the body movement function training was used in the experimental group plays a good role.(4)After-exp,there was no significant difference in the running performance between the control group and the experimental group in physical fitness test.There were significant differences in standing jump,solid ball,body flexion and sit ups,and the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.In general,physical exercise training in physical training,in the aspects of running,the extent of improvement is not significant,but in other aspects the increase is greater.(5)the body movement function training analysis of the experimental group proprioception questionnaire can be drawn: the majority of students interested in the training mode,the reason is of interest because most students think that the method of functional training class that has more atmosphere,and the more challenging.Through a semester of study,most of the students have mastered their training methods.Moreover,most of the students are satisfied with their performance improvement through physical exercise function,and most of them expressed the hope that they can continue to use functional training in the future physical education.(6)through experiments,it can be found that the scores of physical fitness test of the experimental group are much higher than that of the control group in FMS test,which indicates that the body movement function training of the experimental group is better than that of the routine training.
