| CBA league is the highest level of basketball competition in China,and every team has taken the championship as the highest honor.The change and introduction of the three-point technique,has enriched the comprehensive application of the technical and tactical theory system of basketball competition,and has further enlarged the area of the attack range,which has played an increasingly important role in the game.The three-point technique has high scores value advantages and technical features,and has achieved highly recognition and attention and rapid development in the basketball attack skill and tactical use,making the intense basketball game atmosphere become more competitive and ornamental.Therefore,this study takes Liaoning team,the overall champion of CBA league in 2017-2018 season as the research object,has analyzed the techniques and tactics of three-point attack and defense in the whole season and provides reference for the future training and competition of CBA basketball league teams.This study,using documentary method,video analysis method,mathematical statistics method,comparative analysis method and other research methods,has analyzed the application ability of Liaoning team on both ends of three-point ball attack and defense in regular season and playff games and the performance of the two teams in three-point ball technology,thus has drawn the following conclusions:Liaoning team has comprehensive three-point technique and good performance in shot efficiency and hit rate,and can timely adjust the application of techniques and tactics in the face of different opponents;Three-point technique and tactics are the main factors to win the game,not only through the three-point to expand the score,but also through the three-point to catch up with the score and narrow the gap.Moreover,when the game is on the line,a three-point shot can greatly improve the team morale and stimulate the morale of the players;45 degrees is the best position for the application of three-point shooting technology,whose shot attempts per game and shooting percentage are higher than that of other positions;The position attack tactics are the main tactics of the three-point tactics application,mainly including the cover and the sudden response and the peripheral conduction ball attack tactics,among which the cover and the sudden response have the most significant effect,the application times are more,and the success rate is higher;On the defensive side,3-2 joint defense is the main three-point defense strategy.On the one hand,it can save physical energy consumption better;on the other hand,the defensive area is also greatly increased,which an increase the opponent's attack difficulty.The repeated attack effect is not good,resulting in the opponent's reduced confidence,which can them make the seizing opportunity to quickly counterattack and win the game.From this,We should firstly pay more attention to the three-point technique training in the future,so that you can shoot in any position,and improve the efficiency and shooting rate;We should secondly develop diversified attack tactics system,making the number of three-point tactics application no longer be a single around one or two players,to ensure that the defense is not targeted;Then we should strengthen the players' awareness of physical training and cooperation,strengthen the overall defensive efficiency of the team,targeted to the opponent star players to carry out high-intensity defense,inhibit the opponent's three-point technology,so that China's basketball events will achieve better development. |
