The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics and differences of the mathematics classroom teaching of pre-service teachers and novice teachers in junior high school,and for this purpose,sets up the following research questions:(1)What are the characteristics of pre-service teachers and novice teachers' mathematics classroom teaching in junior high school?(2)What are the similarities and differences between pre-service teachers and novice teachers in junior high school mathematics classroom teaching?(3)What are the factors that affect the mathematics classroom teaching of junior high school for pre-service teachers and novice teachers?For the above questions,choosing both a pre-service teacher and a novice mathematics teacher in junior high school as the research object,taking polynomial as an example,this study uses methods of videotape analysis,interview,text analysis and comparison to research the characteristics of pre-service and novice teachers' mathematics classroom teaching in junior high school.This study also compares various factors influencing mathematics classroom teaching of pre-service and novice teachers in junior high school.Through the study,the paper draws the following conclusions:(1)Four aspects of pre-service teachers' classroom teaching remains to be improved in concept teaching,classroom exercise,classroom summary and classroom management;(2)The classroom teaching of novice teachers is superior to that of pre-service teachers in concept teaching,classroom summary and classroom management;(3)The main factors influencing mathematics classroom teaching are differernt between pre-service teachers and novice teachers in junior high school.For the above conclusion,the study makes recommendations as follows:(1)Increasing the time and opportunities of pre-service teachers' educational practice;(2)Normal colleges and universities should not only pay attention to mathematics courses,but also to education courses;(3)Perfecting pre-class preparation and reflecting after-class from various perspectives.
