In recent years,our country attaches great importance to the reform and development of physical education curriculum in Colleges and universities.Among the many elements of physical education curriculum,the evaluation of physical education learning,as an important part of it,is constantly bringing forth new ideas.It has been greatly improved in the ways and methods of evaluation,evaluation criteria and evaluation content,etc.It provides a better fit for the development of physical education curriculum in Colleges and universities.Strong support.Sports skills are an indispensable learning objective in the National Guidelines for Physical Education Course Teaching in Universities and Colleges.Therefore,it is particularly important to construct an evaluation system for sports skills learning.With the continuous and in-depth study of core literacy theory from different perspectives and levels in many countries,regions and organizations around the world,the Ministry of Education of China has also put forward the concept of "core literacy".On the basis of the research of core literacy theory,combining the nature and characteristics of sports and health discipline,the connotation and innovation of core literacy of sports and health discipline are deeply analyzed.Based on the principles of scientificity,rationality and feasibility,an evaluation system of sports skill learning with three-level indicators and weights is constructed.Core literacy,as a set of literacy for students to adapt to future development and develop lifelong learning habits,is the entry point to vigorously promote the development of quality education.Through the thorough investigation,analysis and Research on the evaluation of sports skill learning in College Basketball Optional courses,this paper finds that there are still some shortcomings and shortcomings in the content,subject and method of evaluation in the actual process of learning evaluation.After summarizing and reflecting,it is found that there is a need for a more scientific and effective evaluation criterion to solve the problem.Deposit problems.Then,through the three links of evaluation index selection,feasibility test and integrity test,and using theoretical analysis method and analytic hierarchy process,the evaluation index system of sports skill learning based on Basketball Optional Course in Colleges and universities is constructed,which includes three first-level indicators,six second-level indicators and 18 third-level indicators,and the weight of each indicator is calculated in turn.At the same time,according to the selected index content,the evaluation cases related to each specific index are designed to provide valuable reference for college physical education teachers in the implementation process of specific learning evaluation.Through the research on the evaluation of sports skill learning of Basketball Optional Course in Colleges and Universities Based on core literacy,this paper draws the following conclusions:1.The core literacy theory provides an important theoretical basis for the construction of sports skills learning evaluation system.Developing students' core literacy is an effective booster for the vigorous and in-depth development of quality education in China.It can not only effectively promote the reform of quality education in China,but also properly answer the question of what kind of people should be trained in today's society.The purpose of deeply explaining the essence and characteristics of core literacy of physical education and health discipline,building and forming the core literacy system of physical education and health discipline is to apply the core literacy theory to the teaching practice of physical education and health discipline.It can organically combine core literacy theory with sports and health disciplines,and further contribute to the specific implementation of sports skills learning evaluation.2.Sports skill learning evaluation is an important part of sports learning evaluation.The process of motor skill learning evaluation is a continuous and long-term process of value judgment for students.The role of evaluation itself should not only stay on the objective evaluation of students,but also pay attention to the role of evaluation itself in stimulating and leading students in the learning process.When researching the evaluation of sports skill learning,we should take students' all-round development as the primary consideration.We should not only pay attention to students' mastery of basic knowledge and skills,but also pay attention to students' emotional attitude and values.3.At present,many college P.E.teachers respond positively to the reform of P.E.learning evaluation,and have carried out the evaluation of sports skills learning in various units according to the actual situation,but they still rely too much on the traditional and outdated evaluation model in the specific implementation process,which undoubtedly restricts the diversified development of P.E.learning evaluation,and can not reflect the real significance of education reform,at the same time.It also causes a series of problems such as students' incorrect learning attitude and low learning enthusiasm in the whole learning process.4.Based on the related theory research of core competence,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of sports skill learning,which takes Basketball Optional Course as the carrier in Colleges and universities.This system contains specific index contents and gives weight to each index content.At the same time,according to each index content,it designs relevant cases and evaluation method suggestion table.It has clear,intuitive and operable characteristics,which is convenient for college physical education teachers to use for reference in the actual teaching process.
