Research purposes: To explore the effects of Foam Rolling in the first-grade physical education classroom on the physical fitness and sports injuries of first-year students,to improve the physical fitness of middle school students and prevent them from injury during exercise.The risk provides a theoretical basis and also lays a foundation for the popularization and popularization of the Foam Rolling.Methods: This study mainly used the experimental method to take the students from the three classes of the first grade of Shanghai East Middle School as the experimental subjects,and counted as the control group,the Foam Rolling group and static stretching group,respectively giving 12 weeks of intervention.Before and after the experiment,longitudinal comparison of the body,and horizontal comparison between the three groups,by comparing the differences in body composition,cardiorespiratory strength,muscle endurance,muscle strength,flexibility and functional action screening scores,to study the effects of the Foam Rolling on student's physical fitness and sports injuries.Conclusions: 1.After 12 weeks of Foam Rolling teaching experiment,there was no significant change in BMI index,vital capacity and 800/1000 m running in the first group,indicating that the Foam Rolling was not suitable for the first-year students' physical fitness and cardio.2.After 12 weeks of Foam Rolling teaching experiment,compared with the other two groups,the Foam Rolling group significantly improved the standing long jump performance,the number of male students' pull-ups and girls' sit-ups increased significantly,and the sitting body's flexion score was also significant.Improvements indicate that foam shaft relaxation training can improve the fitness and flexibility of first-year students.3.After 12 weeks of Foam Rolling teaching experiment,the average FMS total score of the Foam Rolling group is obviously higher than the other two groups,and the items are also significantly improved,indicating that the Foam Rolling training has greatly improved the student's FMS score,reduced sports injuries and prevented injuries.Research suggestions: 1.The first grade students are at the peak of the second growth and development,which is an important stage of life,especially the exercise system,respiratory system,blood circulation system and so on.Therefore,it is important to choose the appropriate exercise method.This study shows that the long-term scientific Foam Rolling practice of the system can effectively improve the part of the healthy fitness of junior high school students,and the exercise intensity is moderate.It is suitable for middle school students to participate in the exercise relaxation method,which is worthy of popularization in middle school.2.The Foam Rolling is not very strong due to its own characteristics.It is recommended to perform aerobic endurance training or light weight resistance exercise before performing Foam Rolling,so that the Foam Rolling can be exerted to the maximum effect.3.Compared with the other two forms of relaxation,the Foam Rolling can more effectively improve the physical function movements of junior high school students,so that they can form a correct action pattern and prevent modern compensation behavior.It has a certain effect on reducing sports injuries and promoting in the school sports team.
