Social Work Intervention Study For The Needs Of Disabled People Taking Jinan L Community Social Work Project As An Example

One of the inevitable outcomes of society in the development process is disability.The number of disabled people in China is on the rise.In order to solve the problem of disabled people and meet the needs of disabled people,the society needs a systematic and systematic approach to helping people,and it requires professional help services.Activities,social work just meets this requirement.This article is mainly for the author to personally participate in the L Community Disability Service Project in Jinan City,and to study how social work intervention can meet the needs of disabled people.The author investigates the basic characteristics of disabled people in the L community,including age,disability type and grade;analyzes the needs of disabled people in the society,including rehabilitation needs,material needs,skills needs,psychological support needs and policy needs;On the basis of the above,the service contents of the L community disability service project are introduced,covering the four major service contents of rehabilitation knowledge popularization service,psychological support service,life care support service and policy promotion service.According to the content of its services,it elaborates on the three working methods of the society,namely,case work,group work and community work,how to meet the needs of the disabled and the effectiveness evaluation.On the basis of the completion of the service,the author has made some reflections on the social services in meeting the needs of the disabled,and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the services.The advantages are based on demand,providing targeted services,and the advantages of the two professional values and Advantages of work theory,advantages of three social work methods,and advantages of four links resources.There are certain deficiencies in the existence of advantages.The main services are concentrated in the surface requirements,the effect of professional servicesis limited;the policy support is insufficient and the implementation is not in place;the professional brain turnover rate is high.According to the shortcomings in the actual service process,the corresponding suggestions are made.First,multi-party cooperation to meet the demand;second,increase policy support and implement relevant policies;third,strengthen the construction of social work professionals and establish a professional talent incentive mechanism.This paper focuses on the service content and intervention process of social work for the needs of disabled people,and provides practical reference for the development of community work services for disabled people and the development of social work for disabled people.
