A Study On The Teachers' Professional Ethics Building Of Ideological And Political Theory Course In Colleges And Universities

The construction of moral and ethical standards of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities is an important issue in the new era.Its success or failure is related to the reform and development of higher education,and thus affects the construction of civic morality and the economic and social environment.Under the background of the new era,the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities has put forward new and higher requirements for teachers' morality and its construction.The networking of ideological struggle,the increasing diversification of values and the individualization of the new generation of college students have posed severe challenges to the construction of teachers' morality in Ideological and political courses in Colleges and universities.Generally speaking,the mainstream of ideological and political teachers' morality and style is positive,but it cannot be denied that there are still some problems of teachers' morality and conduct anomie.Relevant departments must attach great importance to them and formulate solutions in time.It is in this context,through collecting and collating the relevant theoretical literature of Ideological and political teachers' morality construction in colleges and universities,absorbing the previous research results,and comparing their relevant research,looking for useful experience in the construction of teachers' morality.This paper expounds the theoretical origins of teachers' ethics at home and abroad,and analyses the importance of strengthening the construction of teachers' ethics in Ideological and political courses in colleges and universities at present.As the main audience of Ideological and political lessons,students are the first beneficiaries who directly feel the teachers' morality and style of ideological and political lessons.Therefore,by issuing questionnaires to college students,based on the perspective of students,this paper analyses the actual performance of teachers' morality and style of teachers in ideological and political courses,finds out the problems
