The Status Quo Of College Students' Career Choice In The New Era And Educational Countermeasures

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,put forward the historical mission of the party in the new era,portrayed the grand blueprint of the new era,and made strategic arrangements for the new era.The development of the new era requires the protection of talents,and college students are the main force of talents in the new era.Only after successful employment can college students realize their own values,contribute to society,and promote the prosperity and development of the country.Under the background of the new era,college students must have the ability to work and patriotism to contribute to the development of China's new era.However,there are various problems in the concept of career choice of college students today.How to guide college students to establish a scientific concept of career choice is a subject worthy of study,which is of great significance for solving the current employment difficulties.This paper takes the status quo of the 2019 undergraduate graduates' selection of careers in Beijing Sport University as the research object.Research is carried out through methods such as literature,questionnaires,expert interviews,and mathematical statistics.On the basis of literature research,combined with the questionnaire,the paper analyzes the concept of career choice from the aspects of cognition,attitude,motivation and standard of college students' career choice in the new era.It is found that there is a lack of correct self-cognition in the career of college students in the new era.The cognition of career choices is biased,the attitude of career choice is negative,the lack of positive initiative,the motivation for career achievement is strong,and the quickness and quickness are outstanding.The values tend to be utilitarian,emphasizing self-realization and neglecting society.Need;materialization of the standard of choice,heavy benefits,lack of social responsibility and other issues.And put forward the trend of advancing with the times,strengthen the correct guidance of the country;improve the guidance of colleges and universities on the concept of college students' choice of career;improve their comprehensive quality,and realize scientific and active career choices.
