Research On Related Issues Of Social Work Institutions Undertaking Community Service Socialization Projects

Community service,as a social service activity of social welfare in essence,with the rapid development of economy,politics and culture in our country,the living standard of the people is constantly improving,and the public demands for the standardization and specialization of community service are higher and higher.The government alone can not meet the needs of the society.Social work organizations have professional methods and concepts,can provide more professional and effective services to meet the diverse needs of community residents,so more and more social work organizations begin to undertake community service projects.But at present,the social work service center in our country is in the initial stage of development,the relevant theoretical basis is not perfect enough,the mode of undertaking community projects is not mature enough,and some problems will inevitably be encountered in the process of carrying out community projects.Taking R social work institution as an example to carry on the socialization project of community service in N community,this paper firstly expounds the problem raising,the significance of the research,the research method and the related concepts.Then,starting from the community service project of N community,this paper introduces the status quo of social work organization undertaking community service project,and discusses the process of undertaking the project and the effectiveness of social work organization undertaking community service socialization project.Secondly,combining with the problems found in N community practice,this paper analyzes the dilemma of social work organization undertaking community service project from four aspects: social work organization,social worker itself,community and government.First,as far as the social work organizations are concerned,the shortage and loss of professional social workers are the important reasons why the professional ability of the social work organizations needs to be improved,and the strong dependence of the organizations on the government is also a major obstacle to the development of the institutions;Second,the social worker's own professional service ability is insufficient,lacks the hard struggle spirit;Third,at the community level,the lack of community residents' awareness of social work organizations and their inability to actively participate in the activities of community services has also caused great problems for social workers to carry out their activities;Fourth,the imperfect policy formulation and evaluation mechanism of the government have a very negative impact on the work of social work organizations.Finally,from the social work organization,the social worker itself,the community and the government to put forward the proposal to solve the dilemma.The social work organization should strengthen the professional talent team construction,do the project propaganda work well,make the community resident have more understanding to the social work and the community service,and can participate actively in the community service activity;Social workers should constantly improve their professional ability,cultivate the spirit of hard work,the community should actively cooperate with social work organizations to help social workers organizations to better carry out services;The government should improve the relevant policies and evaluation mechanisms,encourage social organizations to create specialized social work organizations,effectively improve professional service capacity,and create a good environment for the development of social work organizations.
