Since the 1990 s,with the development of preschool education,improving the quality of preschool education has become the focus and common pursuit of reform in all countries in the world.As an important livelihood project,the construction of supporting kindergarten in the residential areas is an important way to expand preschool education public resources.In recent years,all provinces and cities have taken the development of supporting kindergarten in the residential areas as an important action plan,and it has become a new idea and new force to popularize preschool education in the new era.Achieving "quality popularization" is the fundamental pursuit of preschool education development.And education structure quality is the primary necessary hardware facilities for the quality development of supporting kindergartens in the residential areas,and it is the condition guarantee for carrying out various teaching activities.Therefore,this study focuses on the education structure quality of supporting kindergartens in the residential areas in Chongqing,and tries to reflect the education structure quality,analyze its influencing factors and explore the path.So it has a positive effect on the development of education structure quality.The education structure quality in this study mainly includes the quality of personnel conditions(including teachers' condition,the teacher to child ratio and class size),the quality of material conditions(including space and venue provision,equipment material supply and class environment creation)and the quality of kindergarten management(including the concept of kindergarten,director of professional level,charge standard,use of funds and teacher selection criteria).This study took 54 residential supporting kindergartens of Chongqing as samples.The quality of material conditions observation table for supporting kindergarten in the residential areas and the quality of material conditions evaluation scale for supporting kindergarten in the residential areas were used as the key survey tools to collect theinformation about the quality of material conditions.The questionnaire of education structure quality for supporting kindergarten in the residential areas was used to collect the information about the quality of personnel conditions.Through the interviews with the principal and some teachers,collect the information about the quality of kindergarten management.Subsequently,descriptive statistics,one-way analysis and correlation analysis were used to analyze and process the collected data.Through the analysis of the survey results,it is found that in terms of the quality of personnel conditions,the teacher's qualification is in good condition.But the teachers are young and the overall quality is not high.Teacher allocation is unreasonable,the ratio of teachers to children needs to be improved and most of the small class size is not up to standard.In terms of the quality of material conditions,the interior space is in relatively good condition.But the green area and outdoor activity area are not up to the standard.Supporting facilities are not sound,equipment materials are not rich and the number of active areas is small and the setting is single,lacking label description.In terms of the quality of kindergarten management,managers attach importance to the selection of teachers.But the management of the park concept is relatively backward,the professional level is not high.Low fee garden is difficult to operate and high fee garden has large profit space.The teacher salary is low,the loss is big and the rent of the park is high,the financial burden is heavy.Through the discussion and analysis of the survey results,it is found that the implementation of relevant policies,the government's support and supervision,the self-management and the cooperation between developers and kindergartens are the main factors.Finally,on the basis of quantitative data and qualitative analysis,researchers put forward relevant Suggestions to improve the education structure quality of supporting kindergartens in the residential areas.It mainly includes improving the education structure quality assurance system and optimizing education structure quality support strategy,Learning and absorbing the management experience of other cities,strengthen the supervision and the cooperation with the community to optimize the community supporting kindergarten park resources.
