Pressurized strength training is a new method of muscle training that stimulates muscle growth by muscles and muscles with relatively small exercise intensity by pressurizing, and artificially presses the subject. The purpose of occluding blood vessels to limit the limb blood flow of the subject,so the compression strength training is also called "blood flow restrictive training",referred to as KAATSU.The research methods used in this paper mainly include literature data method, expert interview method, experimental research method and mathematical statistics method. The most important one is the experimental research method. In this paper,16 students from the Beijing Sports University 2016 undergraduate swimming special subject were selected as experimental subjects. The 16 subjects were randomly divided into two groups, one group was the compression training group.Group, one group is the traditional strength training group that is the control group. Before the start of the training cycle,16 subjects were tested for uniformity. The corresponding indicators included lower limb circumference(thigh, calf),SJ and CMJ vertical jump height, vacancy time, vertical jump,The greatest strength, squat maximum strength, athletic performance, etc. In the formal training cycle, both the experimental group and the control group used 50% 1RM training intensity. The training action was the combination of weight-bearing half-lifting and static half-turning and deep-lifting.The biggest difference between the experimental group and the control group was that the biggest difference between the experimental group and the control group was A pressure of 100 mm Hg was applied to the thigh of the experimental group subjects.Trained 3 times a week for 6 weeks. After the experiment, based on the experimental data, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Stress training The experimental group's SJ and CMJ two forms of vertical jump vacancy time were more obvious, while the control group's vacancy time did not change significantly.(2)There was no significant difference in the measurement of thigh circumference between the experimental group and the control group. There was no significant difference in the comparison of the calf circumference index between the middle and the back of the experiment.(3)The maximum strength of the semi-squat and squat and the standing long jump scores of the experimental group and the control group were all improved, but the improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.(4)The results of breaststroke and legstroke in the experimental group were significantly improved, while the results of breaststroke and breaststroke in the control group were not significantly improved.(5)In general, training with the same intensity, the training of the lower limbs of the subject is significantly better than the traditional strength training.
