Women's hammer is a potential advantage in China's track and field events.Luo na and wang zheng have achieved excellent results in the Asian games and world championships.Due to the complexity of its technology,hammer sport has a high physical requirement for athletes.Zong Dan,an excellent Chinese women's hammer thrower,finished fifth in the 2018 national track and field championships and completed the pre-competition physical training and athletic performance goals.This article is based on ZongDan physical training for the 2018 national track and field championship as the research object,in order to improve the ZongDan special athletic ability,for the purpose of using the literature material method,mathematical statistics method,observation method,expert interview,the method such as induction of ZongDan physical training during the preparation was studied,the purpose is to analyze the ZongDan for championship experience and method of physical training,hammer for the future reference and reference for the physical training and other projects.The research conclusions are as follows:1.Zong Dan finished fifth in the 2018 national track and field championships,completed the expected performance target before the preparation for the championships,improved the physical fitness index related to hammer ball,guaranteed the systematic training for the preparation for the championships,and laid the foundation for excellent performance.2.Zongdan prepared for the national track and field championships by adopting the double-cycle training mode,which can be divided into three parts: general preparation stage,special preparation stage and competition stage.Different stages of physical training have different objectives.The general preparation period mainly develops the basic physical ability,such as the basic strength,the core strength and soon;Special preparation period to improve the special physical ability,such as special strength,special speed;Competition period to maintain competitive ability,increase the intensity of special physical training to adapt to the game.3.Zongdan suffered right knee joint injury in the second stage of the training cycle and suspended training for one week.The training plan was adjusted.4.During zongdan's preparation for the championship,the training course adopted the physical training mode,which was arranged after the pre-technical training.This training course mode guaranteed the excitability of the nervous system and improved the quality of physical training.The research recommendations are as follows:1.Zong Dan's weak overall strength level is her biggest disadvantage,and strength training will remain the focus in the preparation for large-scale competitions in the future.The upper body strength may use the snatch exercise more,simultaneously enhances the clean and jerk exercise density;The lower limb strength can adopt the unilateral leg alternation training to enhance zong Dan's lower limb muscle group weight bearing ability;Maximum strength can be used "maximum strength and explosive force" combination training,improve zongdan shot speed.2.Sports injury is an important factor that restricts athletes to achieve excellent performance.As an athlete with many years of training experience,zongdan's sports injury will seriously affect her sports performance,which requires comprehensive evaluation and rehabilitation training according to her personal situation.
