Research On The Technical And Tactical Characteristics Of The Karate Hand Male Athletes In The Thirteenth National Games

Karate became one of the official events of the Tokyo Olympic Games in 2020 for the first time in 2016,and its entry into the Olympic Games also marks a period of rapid development.In 2017,China formally listed karate as a formal event of the National Games,and in the same year opened the course of the 13 th National Games.After 2017,karate-related competitions have sprung up all over the country like mushrooms.From the national level to promulgate policy reforms and adjustments,and to hold various karate events in various regions,it is clear that karate is about to usher in its own spring.Judging from the results of International Karate competitions of Chinese athletes,the overall strength level of our national karate athletes still needs to be improved.By means of literature,video analysis,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the techniques and tactics used by 48 male karate athletes in 56 competitions of the 2017 National Games.The characteristics of techniques,tactics and tactics of karate athletes in our country can provide some theoretical references for our karate athletes and improve the strength level of our karate athletes.The results show that:(1)The technical characteristics of the male karate athletes in the 13 th National Games are that they mainly use the techniques of boxing and leg,and the use of wrestling is the least.The single boxing method is the key scoring technique,but its success needs to be improved.The single boxing method is dominated by the above-segment boxing,and the proportion of each part of the single leg method is basically equal.(2)In the 13 th National Games,the technical characteristics of karate men's athletes are mainly attacking tactics,supplemented by defensive counterattack tactics.The tactical awareness of athletes at-75 kg level is obviously stronger than that of other athletes,while the offensive tactical awareness of athletes at + 75 kg level and the defensive counterattack tactical awareness of athletes at-67 kg level are not enough.(3)The technical and tactical characteristics of karate men's team players in the13 th National Games are that the utilization and success rate of the upper forehand and the middle-back horizontal kick are the first in offensive tactics,but the + 75 kg athletes have the highest success rate of the middle-back hand;in defensive counterattack tactics,the upper-back hand and upper-front-leg hook kick techniques are widely used,but both of them have the highest and single success rate of the upper-front hand.Only-67 kg athletes scored in leg method.
