In today's "made in China" to "made in China intelligently" transformation,labor relations in social and economic life occupies an important position.With the deepening of the reform of supply side,labor relations present complex,diverse characteristics,labor disputes,"jump off a building unpaid","black factories abuse" event,frequently reported as of laborer's rights and interests of,and pay is the core of labor relations,employee benefits,career development and so on are also indispensable.At present,when it comes to wages,it cannot be separated from the collective wage negotiation system,because it is a platform for the interests of both sides of the labor and capital game,is also the guarantee of equal communication between the labor and capital,and is an important system of democratic management of enterprises.Since the implementation of this system,workers have an important channel for equal dialogue with enterprises and effectively protect their legitimate rights and interests.After the implementation of "rainbow plan" and "three-year plan",the collective consultation has been greatly promoted in China and the overall situation has been developing well.However,in the process of implementation,the collective wage negotiation is in a critical period from the surface to the quality of the turn,the negotiation becomes formalized,the special wage contract is stylized,and the effectiveness of the collective wage negotiation is greatly reduced.Therefore,this article from the Q zone salary collective consultation system current situation of the implementation of,introduces the "government-led" model based salary collective consultation system,and then introduced "naturally" and "contradiction reversed transmission" two kinds of models and in contrast,the paper analyzes the main problems currently exist,such as consultation misunderstanding has light effect,the irregular procedure of consultation,negotiation content,consultative supervision does not reach the designated position,etc.Finally,on the basis of the domestic and foreign research enlightenment,put forward Suggestions to improve the culture of consultation,encourage employees to actively participate in,strengthen the mechanism construction,improve the functions of workers(representatives)congress,strengthen supervision,jointly guarantee the results of consultation,strengthen guidance,play the role of instructors,etc.
