The Stakeholders Conflict In The Shantytowns Research

Although the development of urbanization is gratifying,it also causes blindness and rapid expansion of cities,which indirectly leads to the emergence of shantytowns and their problems.which brought great instability to the harmonious development of the city.The transformation of shantytowns has the characteristics of extensiveness,long-term and complexity.Therefore,the research on shantytown renovation projects has great social practical significance.The transformation of shantytowns is a large and extremely complex project,with each link interlocked,involving many subjects,and the game of multi-party interests will also affect the overall effectiveness of the transformation of the shantytown.If we analyze the contradictions and conflicts among the relevant stakeholders and take effective measures,we can help to implement the shantytown reconstruction project smoothly and build a harmonious society.Since the shantytown reconstruction project of Z City of Jiangxi Province also has contradictions and conflicts among stakeholders,the author will combine the literature method,questionnaire survey method,field observation and in-depth interview method to have a detailed understanding of the status quo of shantytown transformation,and try to construct a three-dimensional model of a multi-agent with government departments,loan banks,demolition enterprises,and residents in the shantytown transformation areas.And then clearly expounds the status quo the conflicts of interests in the transformation of shantytowns in China,sorts out new countermeasures according to the existing mechanisms.The author believes that we can start with perfecting relevant laws and regulations,strengthening coordination and dialogue,defining the orientation of government functions,expanding social propaganda and strengthening social supervision.Summarize some successful experiences for the transformation of Z city shantytowns,thus try to explore new ideas and new methods for social work to help the transformation of shantytowns.
