The Men's Soccer Team Cohesion And Athletic Identity And Its Relationship In Primary And Secondary Schools In Fuzhou City

The football team sports as a kind of fighting strength,in addition to relying on the individual top players play excellent win team,all members of solidarity,mutual trust and mutual support in order to improve the combat effectiveness of the team,beat the opponent and win the game.Team cohesion can not only enhance attractiveness among sports team members,but also improve football players' self confidence and sense of belonging,and lay a solid foundation for sports teams to achieve better results.The identification of athletes is not only an important factor affecting the performance of athletes,but also the direct motive force of sports commitment and exercise perseverance.The study of team cohesion and athletes'identification in the field of football will help to promote the construction of football team and the training of athletes.Based on this,on the basis of reviewing a large number of documents and combining with their own practical experience,this study was taken as the survey of 359 men's football players in 18 schools in the 2017-2018 year national primary and secondary school football league in Fuzhou,through the research methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,comparative competition from different angles and different levels of team cohesion and athletic identity,and team cohesion as study variables,athletic identity as the dependent variable to construct a theoretical model of the relationship between team cohesion and athletic identity,to explore the influence of team cohesion in Fuzhou middle and primary school football players identity,to provide the reference for the Fuzhou city schools football team construction.The results of the study show that:(1)the scores of all factors of the team cohesion of the men's football team in Fuzhou were all high,from high to low order in order of group social attraction,group task consistency,group task attraction and group social consistency,and most of the independent variables of the team had influence on the team cohesion of men and women in primary and middle schools in Fuzhou.(2)the scores of the male and primary school men's football players in Fuzhou are all higher,from high to low to positive emotion,self identity,negative emotion,behavioral exclusiveness and social identity,and the majority of the independent variables of the team have an impact on the identity of men and women in primary and middle schools in Fuzhou.(3)The effect of team cohesion on the self identification of Fuzhou primary and middle school men's football players is acceptable.The group social attraction has a significant positive impact on the self-identity of the athletes,while the other three dimensions have no influence on the self-identity of the athletes;team cohesion is positive to the men's football players in Fuzhou and primary and middle schools.The structural equation model is acceptable,in which group social attraction has a significant positive influence on the positive emotion of the athletes,while the other three dimensions have no influence on the positive emotion of the athletes;the team cohesion has an acceptable effect on the negative emotion of the men's football players in Fuzhou.The attraction has a significant positive influence on the negative emotions of the athletes,while the other three dimensions have no influence on the negative emotions of the athletes,and the structural equation model of the team cohesion affects the social identity of the men's football players in Fuzhou,and the group task attraction has a significant positive effect on the social identity of the athletes.The group task consistency has a significant negative impact on the social identity of the athletes,while the'other two dimensions have no influence on the social identity of the athletes.Team cohesion can be accepted by the structural equation model of exclusive influence on the society of Fuzhou primary and middle school men's football players,including social attraction and social consistency.The group task consistency has a significant negative impact on Athletes' behavioral exclusiveness,and group task attraction has no effect on sportsman exclusiveness.
