The "Teacher Education Curriculum Standards(Trial)" puts forward new requirements for the construction of teachers' professional and the quality of teachers' teaching.The "Opinions on Implementing the Excellent Teacher Training Program 2.0" also poses new challenges for teachers' colleges in cultivating the teaching ability of normal students.Based on it,the paper attempts to explore the key factors that affects the teaching ability of pre-service teachers,and explores strategies to improve their teaching ability effectively,in order to improve and innovate the current teacher teaching ability,also to improve the teaching ability and teaching quality of pre-service teachers.And then,The paper can offer basic research data and references.According to the literature analysis,the research on the influencing factors of pre-service teachers' teaching ability at home and abroad mainly focuses on the following two aspects: first,the subjective factors of the teachers themselves,such as,teaching willingness,teaching attitude,professional identity,professional ideals,etc.;second,it is an objective factor in normal colleges,such as curriculum setting,teacher teaching demonstration,teaching practice activities,etc..However,the key factors that affects teachers' teaching ability are not known.Therefore,based on the analysis of the influence of teachers' education courses on their teaching ability,the paper attempts to analyze the students' own academic quality influences to their teaching ability.The paper takes students from the two majors of biological sciences(teachers)and biotechnology(non-teachers)in Nanchang,Jiangxi Province as the survey object,focusing on "teaching understanding","teaching design","teaching implementation" and "teaching evaluation" evaluation indicators to measure the training effect of current teacher education courses on the teaching ability level of the subjects.According to the data analysis,students who learn the teacher education courses has significant influence on their teaching comprehension and teaching evaluation ability,however,there are few significant influence on teaching design and teaching implementation ability.Bases on the basis,the author tries to analyze the relationship under the different training programs(that is subject literacy)and their teaching ability indicators between the teachers,non-teachers and them.The data results show that the indicators of pre-service teachers' teaching and teaching ability are related to the teacher's own subject quality positively.Moreover,the correlation coefficient between the pre-service teacher's teaching design level and its own subject quality reaches 0.6648;the correlation coefficient between the teaching implementation level and its own subject quality reaches 0.9731,it indicates that the correlation between the them is significant extremely.So it is concluded that the key factor affecting the teaching design and teaching implementation ability of pre-service teachers is subject quality.According to the research results,the author summarizes several strategies to improve the teaching ability of pre-service teachers: improving the connotation of educational courses and strengthening the content of teaching design ability and teaching implementation ability;carring out educational practice activities actively;pre-service teachers should consolidate the basic knowledge and basic skills of the subject.Also,pre-service teachers should improve self-reflective awareness and self-evaluation ability,and correct their own learning and teaching attitudes.
