Although educational activities have always accompanied human development,the rational identity of pedagogy as a science has always been questioned.How to clarify the scientific nature of pedagogy has always been a problem that the pedagogical community needs to face."Incompatibility" is a concept jointly proposed by the American scientific philosopher Kuhn and Feyerabend in 1962.This concept,together with the familiar concept of "paradigm",forms the basis of Kuhn's scientific outlook on science.Although the theory of incommensurability has been controversial since its birth,its great theoretical value and importance to the scientific concept of progress are indeed indispensable.Research and analysis of the incommensurability of pedagogy is of great significance for the scientific clarification of pedagogy.It is analyzed from the two dimensions of time and space,and it also has great theoretical value for the discipline construction of the second~level disciplines of education,such as education history and comparative education.To be exact,we are currently in a “transformation paradigm shift period”.How to rationally face the fundamentally incommensurable paradigm shift in education and actively respond to it will be a problem we will face in the future..Based on the expression of incommensurability theory in the field of education,this research firstly determines the research purpose and research significance,and summarizes the relevant literatures on the incommensurability theory at home and abroad.In the research,the literature analysis method is mainly used.Research methods such as historical analysis and comparative analysis.Then it clarifies the origin and development of the concept of incommensurability,summarizes the four main levels of incommensurability theory,and conducts the relationship between the concepts of incommensurability and paradigm.Analysis.Then it focuses on the incompatibility of education from the incommensurability of educational language,the incompatibility of educational purposes,and the incommensurability of educational methods.Finally,it clarifies the development history of the paradigm of education,and clarifies that we are currently in the "transformation paradigm transition period",summarizing the performance of the "educational paradigm transition period",summingup the ubiquity and intelligence of learning,inclusive The combination of sex and individuality,the interweaving of pluralism and complexity,the reaffirmation of the characteristics of pedagogy such as humanity in the "paradigm shift" period,and the future response to how we should face the "educational paradigm shift".
