Study On The Present Situation And Development Path Of The Post-school Training In Chinese Traditional Sports Schools

The Chinese traditional sports school after-school training is a form of talent cultivation with strong “Chinese characteristics” formed in the process of sports development in China,which plays an important role in the healthy and sustainable development of school sports and competitive sports in China.In order to comprehensively understand and master the current situation of traditional school extracurricular training in China,sort out its development context,grasp the development opportunities of competitive sports reserve talents under the new situation,and explore the basic path of adapting to the development of traditional schools in the new era.This study uses the literature method and questionnaire.Research methods such as investigation method,expert interview method and mathematical statistics method have systematically studied the history and current situation of traditional schools in China,and have reached the following conclusions:(1)At the beginning of the establishment of the traditional school,due to the development of one-sided pursuit of quantity,there was a phenomenon of “the top is not sharp,the middle is out of line,the base is not big,the investment is insufficient,and the benefit is not high”.In the development process of the traditional school,the quantity fluctuation is too large.As a result,the sports and education departments were unable to concentrate on limited resources for targeted breakthroughs,resulting in a reduction in resource utilization and,to a certain extent,a waste of resources.(2)At this stage,in terms of material selection,the number of students is basically sufficient but the quality of students is not good.There is a phenomenon that “good seedlings are not in the circle”;in training,the continuity of training time can be basically maintained,but there are also rules and youth training for the project.Insufficient understanding of the law,boring training methods,and simplification of training content;in competition,there are fewer difficulties in inter-school competition,less timely promotion of events,unsmooth communication channels,and large regional differences;Factors such as insufficient leadership attention,prominent contradictions in training and training,and shortage of training funds are important obstacles to the smooth development of extracurricular training activities.(3)In the new era,China's traditional schools should do the following: define functional positioning,expand the type of school;enhance student participation in sports,expand the scope of selection;strengthen coaches Selection and training to improve the scientific level of training;increase the number of competitions,establish a concept of “training and training”,strengthen organizational leadership,and provide comprehensive protection for training.
