| Women's 400-meter race has entered the Olympic Games since 1964,54 years ago.The world record for women's 400-meter race is 47.60 seconds set by Marita Koch of Democratic Germany in Canberra,while the record for women's 400-meter race in China is 49.81 seconds set by Ma Yuqin at the 7th National Games in Beijing in 1993.From the above achievements,we can see that there is still a certain gap between us and the world.The 400-meter race is recognized as the most difficult track and field event to control.It not only requires athletes to have strong speed ability,but also requires athletes to have the same strong speed retention ability.Based on the previous studies and according to the technical characteristics,training rules and physiological characteristics of 400-meter race,this paper uses the methods of documentation,expert interviews,video analysis,logical analysis and mathematical statistics to study the relationship between Yang Huizhen and the other seven finalists of the women's 400-meter race in the 2017 National Games and the women's 44-meter race in the 2017 World Championships.The results show that Yang Huizhen has an advantage over domestic athletes in each stage,but there is a gap compared with foreign elite 400-meter runners,which is mainly reflected in the average stride and speed.This is also the result of Yang Huizhen's 400-meter race compared with foreign athletes.The main reason for the gap.Speed is the foundation and speed is the guarantee.This paper analyses the speed characteristics of Yang Huizhen in the whole 400-meter race,finds out its advantages and disadvantages compared with foreign athletes,and makes up for these problems through future training arrangements,so as to improve Yang Huizhen's special achievements and shorten the gap with foreign elite athletes. |
