Under the current industrialization and urbanization, rural non-agricultural employment has become an irreversible trend.“Transfer within the province” and “trans-provincial mobility” are the two main characteristics of the non-agricultural employment distribution of rural labor,“going out to work” and “returning Local” coexist. As far as the urbanization process is concerned,China's agricultural labor force still accounts for a higher proportion of the total labor force than other countries in the world(Cai,2018).The process of population movement is inseparable from the process of urbanization. The “non-agricultural employment” of rural labor plays a vital role in realizing the urbanization process and rural revitalization. What are the characteristics of population mobility, how to choose specific location, and what are the influencing factors? The study of these problems not only helps us to understand the law of non-agricultural employment of rural labor, but also helps to understand the evolutionary trend of urban scale structure and spatial structure. The research in this paper starts with the spatial distribution of non-agricultural employment of rural labor in Henan Province and the micro-factors that influence the spatial distribution. The individual endowment of labor(gender, age, education level, whether the family has cultivated land)and the difference of village location(whether the village is far away from the county,is there a factory in the village)As a self-variant,the spatial distribution of rural labor migrant workers(labor'county,Zhengzhou City, other parts inside province, the three major economic zones, and others outside the province)is used as a dependent variable to establish a multi-dimensional logit model. Conclusion: For example, compared with women who works in the county, men are more likely than women to go to the three major economic zones, other parts of the province,Zhengzhou City and other parts of the province to work;high school as a critical point to distinguish high levels of education and At a low level of education, there has been a structural change in the degree of education after the return of gender factors. As the level of education increases, compared with the work in the county, men with high levels of education are more likely to work in the three economic zones than women with higher levels of education;and laborers with low levels of education are going Gender differences are not significant in the choice of migrant workers in the three economic zones.According to the above analysis of the influencing factors of rural labor non-agricultural employment space decision-making,this paper puts forward the following three suggestions: increase the emphasis on education and skills training of rural labor;promote the rural arable land transfer work in an orderly manner, improve the land system; The upgrading of township and village enterprises will undertake the industrial transfer of large and medium-sized cities.
