Research On The Present Situation Of College Students'Outlook On The People And The Educational Countermeasure

Outlook on the people in the new era is an important part of Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It is also the latest product of the combination of Marxist theory and China's national conditions.At the same time,outlook on the people in the new era is also an important part of the ideological and political education of contemporary college students.It has far-reaching theoretical and practical significance to study the current situation and Educational Countermeasures of outlook on the people of College students.The article is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction part,which mainly includes the basis of topic selection,the significance of topic selection,literature review,research ideas and research methods.This paper combs ideas and writes papers by means of literature survey,interview,observation and questionnaire survey.The second part summarizes the theoretical sources of the Outlook on the people in the new era on the basis of consulting a large number of documents,including three levels:first,Marx and Engels'Outlook on the people and their main views;second,Lenin's inheritance and development of the Outlook on the people of Man and Engels;third,the inheritance and development of the Outlook on the people of Man and Engels by the Communist.The third part summarizes the ideological connotation of Outlook on the people in the new era on the basis of consulting a large number of documents,which mainly includes four levels:further enriching and developing the theory of people's status,further enriching and developing the theory of people's position,further enriching and developing the theory of people's role,and further enriching and developing the theory of people's interests.The fourth part analyses the current situation of college students'Outlook on the people through questionnaires and interviews.There are some problems in the current situation of college students'Outlook on the people as follows:some college students do not fully understand the Outlook on the people in the new era;very few college students have poor self-learning awareness;there are differences in the impact of environment on the education of college students' Outlook on the people;and some college students do not have a high degree of coordination in cognition,attitude and behavior.The fifth part puts forward the educational countermeasures as follows:realizing the educational content system of Outlook on the people in the new era,enriching the educational methods according to the actual situation,making use of the educational environment to promote Outlook on the people to enter the mind,and stimulating students'subjective initiative to the greatest extent.This paper attempts to study the theory of outlook on the people in the new era,go deep into the education level of university students' outlook on the people,and provide some scientific and feasible ideas and Countermeasures for the current problems.
