The physical and mental health of adolescents is not only the cornerstone of their ability to study and live,but also related to the well-being of hundreds of millions of families and the future and hope of the country and the nation.Obesity,myopia and mental health of adolescents in China have been paid more and more attention by the Party and the state.Baseball and softball is a collective antagonistic sport,and it is also the most characteristic sport in track and field.In the United States,Japanese baseball is called "national ball",and it is also widely carried out in South Korea,Cuba and Taiwan.Baseball and softball fully reflect the dedication and team spirit of the players,and have unique advantages in exercising the physical and mental quality of teenagers,which makes baseball inherently have a good prospect and value among teenagers.Weihai is a place with baseball soil,because Weihai and South Korea are across the sea,and Weihai,as a free trade zone between China and South Korea,has frequent trade exchanges.There are more Koreans in Weihai,and their early baseball league called WBL is active today.In recent years,Weihai baseball and softball sports have been widely promoted.Municipal and district baseball associations have been established one after another,and international standard baseball venues have been built.Weihai City has hosted and hosted more than 20 national,provincial and municipal baseball and softball events since 2016.In order to enrich the content of youth sports,promote the extensive development of baseball and softball in youth groups,let more young people improve their physical and mental health through baseball and softball,but also lay the foundation for the reserve of baseball and softball talents and the development of baseball and softball industry in our country.Under the background of the importance of sports education and the vigorous development of sports industry,this paper mainly uses the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,interview and field observation,from the main body of baseball and softball promotion,the target value of baseball and softball promotion,the platform of baseball and softball,the content of baseball and softball,the management and guarantee of baseball and softball,the prospect and trend of baseball and softball.Thispaper systematically analyzes and summarizes the present situation of the development of baseball and softball in Weihai City,the restrictive factors of the development of youth baseball and softball in Weihai City,the advantages and disadvantages of the promotion of baseball and softball in Weihai City,clarifies the overall development direction and popularization ideas of youth baseball and softball,and obtains the development strategy and promotion strategy of youth baseball and softball in Weihai City.The results show that the main contents are as follows:(1)The promotion of baseball and softball in Weihai City is hierarchical,the construction of government venues,the support of event preparation and the promotion of baseball club into campus public welfare make the baseball and softball in Weihai City develop rapidly,but the depth of promotion is not enough.(2)The goal of Weihai youth baseball and softball is clear,and the baseball and softball association has a clear plan for the development of Weihai baseball and softball.(3)In terms of promotion content and form,different promotion strategies can be adopted in different stages according to the characteristics of adolescent growth.(4)The platform development of youth baseball and softball in Weihai City is uneven,and there is a lack of "three-dimensional integration" between families,society and schools,and the promotion role of network media is not fully utilized.(5)There is an effective step-by-step supervision and feedback mechanism in the development of youth baseball and softball in Weihai City,and it has certain ability in human,material,financial and safety,but there are still some defects.(6)The contradiction of learning and training on campus,the number of large classes and the shortage of teachers in the field;the high fees for community training,the lack of clubs and the impact of other interest courses;the concern about safety in the family and the influence on learning;the implementation of relevant sports policies;the degree of studentsundefined understanding of baseball and softball;and the difficulty of learning baseball and softball are all important factors that limit the promotion of baseball and softball.
