The local ancestors of the Dong ethnic minority lived in the rivers and rivers,and the terrain was complex.The ancestors of the dynasties were innocently managed.The Dong ethnic minority people's ancestors living here can only be autonomous and self-defense.Therefore,the Dong minority society has been in the long period of history.The king of the kingdom is organized by the society.The organization bears the important responsibility of the inheritance of the Dong minority culture and is an important part of the traditional education of the Dong minority.The educational function of the Dong organization which called "Dong Kuan" has far-reaching influence on the form and structure of social organizations.Therefore,this paper takes the Dong organization as an entry point,analyzes its educational characteristics,comprehensively examines its structure and educational functions,in order to understand the status of the Dong words in the Dong minority society and the impact on the Dong minority society.The thesis consists of four parts.The first part is the summary of the "Dong Kuan".The earliest record of it appeared in the Song Dynasty.It is an autonomous organization that maintains the stable development of the Dong society.It developed into the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China,and the "Dong Kuan" has established its authority status in the Dong minority area.The second part is to explore the educational inheritance form of the "Dong Kuan" transfer in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China.This chapter elaborates the characteristics of the inheritance of the "Dong Kuan" transfer education,and the educator of the money is the "Kuan organization",which clarifies the educational function of the capital of the "Dong Kuan" to the people of the "Dong Kuan";They are all reflected in the Dong words,and the words are divided into eight categories.The content of each type of education will be different The way of the organization organizes education is very lively,not limited to one form,but choose different speaking styles according to different occasions and different contents.This section shows the unique form of Dong word of the education.The third part is the educational content of the Dong organization in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China.The Dong organization culture has rich educational connotations:in life education,"Dong Kuan" plays an important role in the cultivation of customs in the Dong minority area;in the legal education,it regulates the code of conduct of the Dong minority people;in the moral education,cultivates the Dong minority people to construct the collective interests supreme,united and mutual assistance,and learn to be grateful.The fourth part explores the impact of the Dong organization on the Dong society at that time and its impact on the current Dong minority area.The content of the stipend education involves all aspects of daily life,not only has a profound impact on the living customs,codes of conduct and moral education of the Dong society at that time,but also has an indelible effect on the festival society,the countryside regulations and the elderly associations in the current Dong minority area.
