In this paper, the high-level athletes of the swimming school team of Beijing Sport University are given breath hold training, and the pre-test and post-test ventilatory function and competitive ability evaluation indicators are counted, and the changes are analyzed from various experimental test indicators. For the pre-test and post-test various test data collection records, the relevant data of ventilatory function and competitive ability are analyzed, and the following conclusions are drawn:1.Breath hold training is based on two intensity levels: aerobic strength EN1 and anaerobic strength SP3.In line with the training objectives of the large cycle, the total amount of aerobic intensity training planned is greater than the total amount of anaerobic intensity training. The anaerobic intensity training is more burdensome on the subject and the stimulation is deeper. The maximum potential of the subject can be fully explored. The planned training frequency of anaerobic intensity training is greater than the aerobic intensity training. The mean RPE of the second-stage training of the subjects was significantly higher than the average RPE of the first-stage training, the number of trainings increased, and the physical function decreased. This phenomenon is also in line with the actual situation of the subjects.2.In the pre-training pre-test,the measured values of lung vital capacity and maximum ventilation were lower than the estimated values.Only one subject had a higher maximum ventilation value than the estimated value, and the subject was a college student. There is a certain correlation between the system training and the reduction of ventilatory function. In the post-training training test, the measured values of vital capacity of 6 subjects and the maximum ventilation of 8 subjects were higher than the estimated values, which have been significantly improved, indicating that the breath hold training has certain influence on the improvement of respiratory function of the subjects.relationship.3.The accuracy and goodness of fit of the test data before and after the breath hold training athletic ability are relatively high. This situation indicates that the subject has experienced many years of systematic professional training, reaching a high level, and has a certain understanding of training and self-abilities.Cognition,the test data of the two pre-test or post-test experiments are very close.4.At the end of the 6-week breath hold training, most of the subjects' lung capacity, maximum ventilation,50-meter freestyle first ventilation distance,50-meter freestyle total ventilation, and 100-meter freestyle performance were improved to varying degrees.Significant differences indicate that the breath hold training has certain influence and correlation on the ventilator's ability and athletic ability. The subjects themselves had higher levels, and the short-distance project scores were difficult to improve. There was no significant difference between the 50-meter freestyle and the 15-meter freestyle before and after the 50-meter freestyle.
