Physical fitness is one of the important factors affecting athletes'competitive ability.At present,in the research of physical fitness training,the development of athletes' core strength training has become a hot topic of various experts and scholars.Core strength training as a new strength training content(means),gradually applied to various competitive sports,the role of competitive sports is becoming more and more important.It can not only improve the muscle strength of the core parts,promote the coordination and stability of the athletes,but also optimize the technical movements.As far as badminton is concerned,jump killing technology is one of the most important skills for badminton players,and also one of the important means for athletes to score.Through consulting relevant literature,we know that in training,most trainers can not interpret skipping techniques perfectly.The main reasons are:poor power transmission,uncoordinated movements and so on.From the technical point of view,jump killing is mainly composed of five links:take-off,rotation,lead racket,down-pressure killing ball,return position,etc.Any link problems will lead to technical errors,and even lead to the loss of points.In training,we should grasp every technical link,do a good job of linking up technical actions,so as to maximize and optimize the strength.Theoretically,core strength training can not only improve the stability of all technical links of jump killing,but also improve the coordination of jump killing technology,carry out effective force transfer,and bring the force effect into greater play,so as to achieve better jump killing effect.Through theoretical analysis,this paper puts forward the hypothesis that core strength training can improve the skill level of jumping and killing badminton.By consulting the relevant literature,the paper initially finds out more effective means of core strength training and effective indicators to test the skill level of badminton jumping and killing.Through expert interviews and questionnaires and other research methods,we finally determined several more effective means of core strength training and effective indicators to test the skills of badminton jumping and killing.Then we took 16 male students from Wuhan Institute of Physical Education and badminton team in 2017 as experimental subjects,including 8 students in the experimental group and 8 students in the control group.Strength training means of the experimental group:the original strength training means are added to the selected core strength training means(Swiss ball-prone-stretching,suspension training-suspension legs,M-turn running,mini-legged up-side bridge).Control group:The original strength training methods were used.The experiment lasted for 12 weeks and trained three times a week.Through experiments,tests,statistics and analysis,the following conclusions were drawn:1.The core strength training means selected by the experimental group were trained,while the general core strength training was carried out in the control group.The evaluation results of the experimental group(takeoff height,rotation speed and hitting point-10 fixed-click balls)were better than those of the control group2.The independent variables selected in the experiment,i.e.the means of core strength training,are appropriate.The means can effectively improve the skill level of badminton jumping and killing.The measurement indexes(dependent variables)selected for the training means are reasonable,which can reflect the influence of core strength training on the skill level of badminton jumping and killing.3.Through the experimental verification,the selected core strength training means can help to improve the technical level of badminton jumping and killing.
