Teachers' professional development is the renewal of teachers' internal professional structure.In the process of evolution and enrichment,the implementation of the Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers and the implementation of the guidelines for Kindergarten Education put forward clear and specific requirements for the professional quality of kindergarten teachers.First,to develop education,In 2018,the opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on comprehensively deepening the Construction and Reform of Teachers in the New era also specifically pointed out that it is necessary to "comprehensively improve the quality of kindergarten teachers." "Building a contingent of teachers with high quality and good care",2010 "National medium and long term Education Reform and Development" In the outline of the Plan,the paper puts forward to focus on the development of pre-school education in rural areas.Although the contingent of rural preschool teachers in Ganzhou has been supplemented to some extent in recent years,there are still many problems in its professional development.Based on the existing theoretical research of preschool teachers' professional development,this study finds out the problems in the professional development of rural kindergarten teachers in Ganzhou City by using the methods of literature research,questionnaire investigation,interview and so on.Further analysis of the causes of its emergence,in order to put forward the professional development of rural teachers in Ganzhou City strategy.Through investigation,it is found that the professional development system of rural preschool teachers in Ganzhou is lacking and the development is not guaranteed;the ranks are not uniform,and the level of development is not equal.Not enough;lack of training,lack of platform for development;lack of understanding,lack of motivation for development;single evaluation,lack of management of development;lack of atmosphere,lack of guidance in development.Finally,the author puts forward the countermeasures for the professional development of rural preschool teachers.One is to establish and perfect the pre-school education laws and regulations,and the other is to establish a strict access mechanism for preschool teachers.Speed up the process of professional development of rural preschool teachers;third,improve the training mechanism of early childhood teachers,improve the level of professional development of rural early childhood teachers;fourth,strengthen the implementation of professional standards for early childhood teachers,Motivating the Professional Self-development of Kindergarten and Rural Preschool Teachers Fifth,establish the evaluation mechanism of preschool teachers' professional development level,strengthen the dynamic management of rural preschool teachers' professional development;sixthly,build the atmosphere of preschool teachers' professional development,and promote the whole improvement of rural preschool teachers' professional level.
