Research On Ethical Dilemmas And Countermeasures In Practice Of Social Work For Drug Rehabilitation

The low drug abstinence rate and the high relapse rate are the common problems facing the world,and many scholars and experts try to solve the problem with a wide range of methods,and social work is one of them.In recent years,the anti-drug social work has increasingly highlighted its professional value in the field of drug control,becoming an indispensable medium and strong force in the work of drug control in China,playing an increasingly important role.However,with the deepening of the work,in the practical process,the social work ethic with the strong color of the west,in the background of the complex Chinese people's relationship,and the particularity of the service site and the object,face many ethical dilemmas.The Domestic Research on the Social Work of Drug Addiction There are obvious regional features,the theory is strong and is not conducive to the promotion,especially the research on the combination of the lack of the practice and the practice of the youth's female martial law.Through the analysis of the literature,this paper defines the core concepts of the youth,the social work and the social work ethic,so as to facilitate the follow-up discussion of the article.In this paper,the total amount of the young woman is 50,and the selected sample is 25.Using the theory of rational emotion therapy and ethical relativism and the absolute theory of ethics,the questionnaire method and the qualitative research method are adopted to obtain the information of the service object,taking the case of the practical process as an example,On the basis of the three relation dimensions of the family members of the service object,the paper discusses the main ethical dilemma faced by the social workers in the practice of drug addiction: theconflict between the supporters and the monitor,the conflict between the reason and the rule of law,the conflict between the individual's interests and the social responsibility,the conflict between the personal safety and the professional relations,the paternalism and the style of paternalism.The conflict of self-determination of the service object,the conflict between the professional relationship and the friend's relationship.Finally,the author puts forward a strategy of dealing with ethical dilemmas,which should be followed by the rule of law and regulations,to coordinate the interests of all parties,to clarify the values of social work,to correctly locate the role of the social workers for drug treatment,and to promote the improvement of the professional mechanism of the social work for drug treatment.
