Research On Football Rules And Regulations Of Traditional Sports Schools In Xinxiang City

In order to improve the popularization level of campus football,lay the talent foundation for the development of Chinese football,constantly enrich the content of football teaching activities,and strengthen physical education and extracurricular exercise,campus football,as a form of sports after the new curriculum reform,is implemented in schools throughout the country,and football characteristic schools are set up in primary and secondary schools throughout the country.Since the promulgation of the policy in 2015,traditional sports schools have their own football system and experience in the past.Compared with the newly emerging football characteristic schools after 2015,they have achieved better results in football matches.By studying the football teacher system,organization and management system,teaching and training system and competition system of traditional sports schools,this paper finds out the advantages of traditional sports schools in the rules and regulations of campus football.Through the analysis of the formation process and evaluation of rules and regulations,this paper provides a reference for the newly emerging school with football characteristics,so that the newly emerging school with football characteristics can make up for its weaknesses with its strengths,make the school football system more perfect and improve its achievements in an all-round way.At the same time,it can also be used as a reference for the national school with campus football characteristics.By using the methods of documentation,questionnaire,field investigation,interview and comparative analysis,this paper makes an analysis of football teacher system,organization and management system,teaching and training system and competition system in Xinxiang traditional project school.Through the analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The rules and regulations of traditional sports school football are perfect and reasonable,which can provide norms for the development of campus football work.Perfect and reasonable football system is constantly summarized through the experience of traditional sports schools in developing football for a long time,which is worth learning from new football characteristic schools.2.The establishment of teacher system in traditional sports schools attracts excellent football teachers from all over the country,and plays a vital role in the construction of school teachers.3.The school organization and management system of traditional sports events provides a good basis in the aspects of site safety,principal's responsibility,teacher supervision,reward,enrollment of students with special abilities and the formation of school football team.4.The teaching and training system of traditional sports schools has achieved scientific and reasonable norms in the aspects of physical education classroom teaching and extracurricular football training,which is helpful to improve the quality of teaching and training.5.The school competition system of traditional sports events is reasonable.No matter in-school football competition or inter-school football competition can be guaranteed under the perfect system.Through the requirements of the system,the football strength of the school can be further improved.
