The Development Strategy Of Ice And Snow Sports Industry Of Qiqihar City

With the arrival of the 2022 Winter Olympic Games,China's ice and snow sports industry will enter the golden age.The strategic goal of 300 million people on ice and snow will bring great opportunities for development.Qiqihar as a city with a long history of ice and snow development,congenital geographical advantages and strong equipment manufacturing foundation,ushered in a good opportunity to develop ice and snow sports industry.To formulate a scientific and systematic development strategy of ice and snow sports industry is of great significance for accelerating the development of ice and snow sports industry,promoting urban development and economic revitalization.This paper introduces the general situation of Qiqihar.From three aspects of ice and snow sports resources,project development and industry development,it introduces the current situation of the development of ice and snow sports industry in Qiqihar city.It comprehensively uses PEST analysis method and SWOT analysis method to analyze the current internal and external environment of the ice and snow sports industry in Qiqihar city,and deeply expounds the advantages and disadvantages of the ice and snow sports industry.As well as the opportunities and challenges,it laid a foundation for the formulation of the ice and snow sports industry strategy in Qiqihar.Based on the analysis of the ice and snow sports industry in Qiqihar,this paper explores and puts forward the development strategy of the ice and snow sports industry in Qiqihar.Based on the local reality of Qiqihar and the development trend of ice and snow sports industry,the strategy has made a scientific plan for vigorously developing ice and snow sports manufacturing industry,ice and snow tourism industry and ice and snow sports industry.Finally,the implementation plan for the development of ice and snow sports industry in Qiqihar has been put forward,and on this basis,the corresponding safeguard measures have been formulated.This paper has a certain reference significance for the development of ice and snow sports industry in non-provincial capital cities of Northeast China,and has practical significance for promoting the sustainable and healthy developmentof ice and snow sports manufacturing industry,ice and snow tourism industry and ice and snow sports industry in Qiqihar.
