The report of the 19 th CPC national congress clearly puts forward the need to cultivate high-quality teachers,which is also a higher requirement for physical education personnel training.The training of physical education teachers should not only have excellent basic skills,but also have a solid theoretical knowledge as the basis,which requires strengthening the learning and evaluation of theoretical courses.Therefore,how to test the learning results of theoretical courses has always been the focus of educational evaluation reform.For a long time,our country universities sports education for professional theory course learning achievement evaluation based on quantitative evaluation of paper and pencil tests,although this way for accurate and can be quantified,but ignored the subjectivity of evaluation objects,not to the student's achievements in the process of learning to conduct a comprehensive evaluation,to a large extent affected the students' all-round development.This article used the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,case study method and other research methods,with the aid of developmental evaluation concept,according to the national training objectives and training plan,refer to the normal graduation requirements of authentication,the professional colleges and universities sports education theory course in China's academic evaluation in-depth research,research conclusions are as follows:1.There are many problems in the academic evaluation of theoretical courses of physical education in colleges and universities in China,such as lack of a perfect evaluation system,students' insufficient understanding of academic evaluation,and students' inability to improve from feedback in the teaching process.2.Based on the idea of developmental evaluation,according to the index system of graduation requirements in certification of teachers,good will between various disciplines teaching important points,find out the training emphasis to sports education professional theory course of each group,such as: sports humanistic social theory curriculum teaching process,besides teacher education should pay attention to student feelings,the knowledge integration,communication and autonomous learning ability.3.As the core course of physical education,school physical education,after one semester of teaching,through the calculation of students' goal attainment to test whether students meet the goal requirements,it is found that the overall goal attainment of the curriculum is high,and the four sub-goal attainment is higher than expected(0.7).
