In the era of the internationalization of higher education,the construction and development of Sino-foreign cooperative education in higher education is closely related to the realization of the development goal of national higher education power.The mode of higher education Sino-foreign cooperative is a structural form and operational mechanism gradually formed in the practice of running a school according to the content and characteristics of different Sino-foreign cooperative education.The optimization can promote the development of Sino-foreign cooperative education and enhance the internationalization level and international influence of China's higher education.The mode of higher education Sino-foreign cooperative education has experienced three stages:the budding stage,the stagnating stage and the developing stage.According to different categories,the mode can be divided into different categories.As a mode of cooperative education through overseas cooperation,Confucius institutes have a wide influence in the world.The mode of higher education Sino-foreign cooperative education,presents the way the educational subject pluralism,flexible and varied characteristics,also met mode selection lack characteristics,social influence is not widespread problems,such as the UK and Malaysia as education resource output and importer in the world,the transnational higher education achieved obvious(cooperation in running schools),their educational experience,for our country's higher education mode optimization development of sino-foreign cooperative education.The government provides policy guarantee,colleges and universities focus on internal management,and all sectors of society assist in supervision.In addition,they should work together to promote the "going global" development of Sino-foreign Cooperative Education and expand the space for cooperative education.In a word,the mode of higher education Sino-foreign cooperative education is a systematic project,which is the unity of macro and micro,and requires the joint efforts of internal and external parties.The choice of mode should not pursue unity,but pursue differentiated and characteristic development on the premise of guaranteeing the quality of running schools.
