Research On The Influence Of Urban Migrant Children's Discrimination Perception On Their Social Adaptation

Under the background of urbanization,the number of migrant children is huge.Perfecting the compulsory education related system,reducing the occurrence of discrimination,and solving the social adaptation problem of urban migrant children is an important task in the implementation of compulsory education,which is related to national strategy,social stability and individual development.Therefore,based on the ecosystem theory,stress buffer model and incentive theory,this paper studies the relationship between discriminatory perception and social adaptation of migrant children,and tests the influence mechanism of psychological resilience and parenting style on the above relationship.The path of compulsory education for children and the management strategies for improving the social adaptability of migrant children.After collecting the data,the data was analyzed and analyzed using Spss19.0 and Amos24.0,and the following research conclusions were obtained:First,migrant children's discriminatory perception,psychological resilience,parenting style and social adaptation level are above the medium level,but there are large individual differences.Second,the discriminatory perception of migrant children has a negative impact on social adaptation;psychological resilience and Its two dimensions have a positive impact on the social adaptation of migrant children;psychological resilience and its two dimensions have a mediating effect between discriminatory perception and social adaptation.Third,parental parenting styles are different in the discrimination and social adaptation of migrant children.There is a regulatory role between discriminatory perception and psychological resilience.The conclusions of this study suggest that to alleviate the discriminatory perception of migrant children,improve the quality of migrant children's compulsory education and continuously improve their social adaptability,it requires the participation of the state,society,schools and families.Therefore,the followingmanagement strategies are proposed: First,establish and improve the national macro-security mechanism,including the mobile child enrollment guarantee mechanism,speed up the reform of the census register institution,increase the social security of migrant children,give play to the advantages of government synergy,and rely on the participation of multiple entities;Second,actively guide the participation of social forces,including improving community supporting measures,striving to eliminate the phenomenon of differential treatment,giving more social support to migrant children,and playing the role of mass media public opinion;third,creating a good school education management environment,including establishing a sound school service guarantee mechanism,establish correct educational concepts,give play to the incentive role of school education management,improve school education model;Fourth,play the basic role of the family,including strengthening the emotional exchange between parents and children,giving play to the incentive role of family education,and improving The scientific nature of parenting style and the strengthening of the relationship between home and school.
